As of April 1, 2008 (date of application), the necessary number of miles to redeem Star Alliance Flight Awards and Partner Flight Awards is consistent with the following chart.

* When utilizing an international flight of a Partner Airline, seasons will not applied . Check the mileage chart for Partner Airline s.
* Mileage is based on 'TPM (interval distance used for calculation of fare)'. For a year starting January 1st, the IATA (International Air Transport Association) TPM, issued the previous fall, will be applied.
* The standard mileage interval is from October 1, 2007.
* There will be no changes in Star Alliance Upgrade Awards.
