ANA Easy Travel for Families


Please note

1. You can book and purchase a ticket online for one infant (under 2 years of age) accompanied by an adult. If you want your infant to travel in a seat, please contact ANA International Flight Reservation and Information Center.
In addition, ANA offers various other services (child meals, baby beds, etc.). Please contact us at our International Flight Reservation and Information Center once you have completed your reservation and purchase.
2. Children under 5 years of age must be accompanyied by an adult (at least 12 years of age).
3. The following procedure may vary for code-share flights depending on the carrier. For details, please contact to operating carrier directly.

Fares

Children less than 2 years of age
- Not occupying a seat:

10% of adult fare
75% of adult fare
(This may apply only when departing from Japan. Fare depends on the route, class or the discount rate.)
   
Children between 2-11 years of age
75% of adult fares
- This may apply only when departing from Japan. Fare depends on the route, class or the discount rate.
- Adult fare will be applied to children 5 to 11 years of age not accompanied by an adult over 12 years of age.

Other information

Pregnant mothers We restrict travel for pregnant passenger whose baby is expected within 28 days of delivery (including that expected delivery date).
Passengers expecting confinement within 28 days to 15 days Medical certificate including declaration form, and information sheet are required.
Passengers expecting confinement within 14 days Medical certificate including declaration form, and information sheet are required.
Passenger must be accompanied by a physician.
- The medical certificate is to indicate that the pregnancy is not complicated, and passenger is in good health for air travel and expected date of delivery. It must be issued by a physician no more than seven days (including the day of departure) prior to departure.

- Pregnant passengers may accompany only one infant. The infant is required to have his or her seat and child fare will be applied.
Pregnant passengers may not be allowed to travel if the flight might change the destination due to weather conditions, etc. or if the conditions may be considered to effect on the passenger's health during the flight.

Conditions and terms of Children’s travel Infants and toddlers (8 days - less than 2 years of age)
- Newborn infants less than seven days of age are not permitted to travel.
- Infants and toddlers are to be accompanied by a passenger at least 12 years of age.
- Since the number of infants on board is limited, you must inform that you are traveling with your baby when you make your reservation or purchase your tickets.
- One adult may accompany up to two infants. One of your babies is to occupy his or her seat and child fare will be applied.
- For safety standards, seats on the upper deck or emergency exits rows are not permitted.

Children between 2-11 years of age
- Children less than 5 years of age must be accompanied by a passenger at least 12 years of age.
- Children age 5-11 years of age may travel alone. For details, please refer to the Easy Travel for Kids service.
