The name of your company and the name of the consignee/your telephone number(TEL/FAX)/destination/requesting flight number/number of cargo/weight/volume/description/size Information (the cargo that weighs more than 100kg or the side is larger than 100cm.)

Loading amount of material must be notified to ANA CARGO by telephone or fax at indicated office hours.

When your flight is departing from HND before noon	Forecast	11:00 (JST) of the day prior to flight
	Final	17:00 (JST) of the day prior to flight
When your flight is departing from HND before and after 0:00	Forecast	15:00 (JST) of the day prior to flight
	Final	10:00 (JST) of the day of flight
When your flight is departing from NRT/KIX/NGO	Forecast	11:00 (JST) of the day prior to flight
	Final	17:00 (JST) of the day prior to flight

* Any reservation after 16:00 (JST) will be confirmed the very next day.

Acceptance Procedure

AWB must be attached on your loading Cargo and accepted at the place and time indicated below.

* Customers using PRIO Service
Attach AWB label and appropriate PRIO label, accordingly to the shipment, along with the usual master label on your cargo.

When cargo gets loaded to ANA aircraft from NGO	2 hours prior to time of departure
When cargo gets loaded to an aircraft leaving from KIX/NRT and therefore you are directly dropping your cargo at KIX/NRT	2 hours prior to time of departure (except for freighters, the cargo must be accepted 3 hours prior to flight)
When cargo gets loaded to an aircraft leaving from KIX/NRT and you are getting your cargo accepted at NGO	Until 20:50 (JST) of the day prior to flight
When cargo gets loaded to an aircraft leaving from HND and you are getting your cargo accepted at NGO	When your flight is departing from HND before noon Until 20:50(JST) of the day prior to flight
	When your flight is departing from HND before and after 0:00 Until 12:00(JST) of the day of flight

• * Cargo should be accepted a day prior to a flight departure on the following morning.
• * Please bring your cargo to the office as early as possible in order to avoid last-minute congestion.

Ordering Your Air Waybill

Orders to your Bill of Carriage can be made at ABC Koukuken Kanri Center.

Verification can be made through telephone or fax.
If you prefer to have your verification through fax, please have your AWB number, cargo amount, weight, expected loading day, and expected loading flight number ready.  Also, please inform us if you have an alternative flight.  Loading can also be verified online.
