Revision of Conditions of Carriage (International Cargo)

ANA is going to revise Conditions of Carriage (International Cargo). This is to make detailed explanation of existing Conditions of Carriage as follows:

1. Effective Date

: Revised Conditions of Carriage (International Cargo) will be effective from January 20, 2012. (Effective on AWB issuing date)

2. Contents

: Contents of Article 10, Forwarding and Reforwarding, tobe clearly explained.

3. The Others

: This revision is under the condition of government approval of Japan.
These Conditions of Carriage will be posted on ANA CARGO website after the government approval.
