PRIO COOL | ANA CARGO

PRIO COOL, using special containers, is suitable for commodities which require strict temperature control such as perishables, chemicals and semiconductors.

Prior Arrival Notice

PRIO gives arrival notice information to the consignee by phone or fax before the flight arrival to ensure smooth delivery.
Shipment Status

You can track the current status of your PRIO instantly and in real-time on the ANA CARGO web site.
Guarantee of Temperature Control

By using a refrigerated container, the temperature may be maintained at +5°C or -5°C according to the customer’s request.
Dry Ice Service

Free dry ice from acceptance to delivery (within 3 hours after arrival).
* Including re-icing.

Booking	Booking must be done two days prior to day of departure. * Please advise your preferred temperature, presence of dry ice and schedule of consignment and delivery.
Acceptance	Acceptance is possible 120 minutes prior to time of departure.
Delivery	Standard time for delivery is 120-180 minutes after arrival. AWB, documents and shipment are going to be ready for customs clearance.

* Perishables, departing to North America, will be ready for get quarantined.
* Time varies at local airports.

Loading Restrictions	Limited to consignment loadable in the container.(No limitation per AWB.) * Please contact one of the closest ANA CARGO Sales Branch for more information.
Acceptable Commodity	Commodities which require strict temperature control such as foodstuff, daily products, chemicals and semiconductors.
Unacceptable Commodity	Dangerous Goods consist of CAO (Cargo Aircraft Only)
Tariff	Apply for Standard tariff (ANA Carrier Fare).
Availability of Service	All ANA online stations * PRIO COOL is NOT acceptable in the following cases. 1.Narrow body aircraft not available for container. 2.Dry ice Embargo airport. 3.Airport which could not provide dry ice services. SPECIAL CONTAINER

Please have all the documents ready before applying to PRIO COOL.

AWB	PRIO uses the regular AWB. Please read instructions below careful while filling in AWB. Write "PRIO COOL" accordingly in the accounting information column (If not done, the shipment will not be handled as PRIO). Write the name and telephone (or fax) number of the consignee in the appropriate column in order to provide prior arrival notice.
Label	Attach "PRIO COOL" label accordingly to the shipment along with the usual master label. Or attach "PRIO label combined with MAWB label" to the shipment.
