Prior Arrival Notice

PRIO gives arrival notice information to the consignee by phone or fax before the flight arrival to ensure smooth delivery.
Shipment Status

You can track the current status of your PRIO instantly and in real-time on the ANA CARGO web site.

Booking	Advanced booking is required.
Acceptance	Acceptance is possible 120 minutes prior to time of departure.
Delivery	Standard time for delivery is 120-180 minutes after arrival. AWB, documents and shipment are going to be ready for customs clearance.

* Perishables, departing to North America, will be ready for get quarantined.
* Time varies at local airports.

Please have all the documents ready before applying to PRIO FREIGHT.

AWB	PRIO uses the regular AWB. Please read instructions below carefully while filling in AWB. Write "PRIO FREIGHT" accordingly in the accounting information column (If not done, the shipment will not be handled as PRIO). Write the name and telephone (or fax) number of the consignee in the appropriate column in order to provide prior arrival notice. Fill in the piece, weight and rate columns. Rate Class shall be "M" "N" or "Q". See "Tariff" for rates.

AWB

PRIO uses the regular AWB.
