Service Information (StarFlyer operated flights)

Procedures and services at airports for code share flights are different depending on the flight. When using a code share flight, please note the following.
* ANA's conditions of carriage is applied to all codeshare flights.

Check-in

◆ Tokyo (Haneda) - Osaka (Kansai), Yamaguchi Ube flights ; Nagoya (Chubu) - Fukuoka flights
Check-in at the ANA counter.
The arrival and departure terminal in Haneda Airport is Terminal 2.

◆ Tokyo (Haneda) - Fukuoka, Kitakyushu flights
Check-in at the StarFlyer counter.The arrival and departure terminal in Haneda Airport is Terminal 1.
Please go through the security inspection "A".You may not pass through other security inspections.
You can use SKiP Service.

Reserve seat

Same as ANA operated flights.
We may not be able to reserve front seats for ANA "Diamond Service", "Platinum Service", "Bronze Service" members and ANA Super Flyers Card members.

Confirmation of flight number

The ANA (NH) flight number is printed on the boarding pass.Indications on the guideboard in the airport are given with both the NH/MQ or 7G flight numbers.

Minimum connecting time at airport

Same as ANA operated flights.
However, the minimum connecting time at the Haneda Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 is 50 minutes.

Baggage (Carry-on baggage)

A passenger can carry only one piece of baggage satisfying the following conditions into the aircraft cabin.
Number of items --- One item other than your personal belongings such as handbag and umbrella
Weight --- 10 kg or less
Size --- The total of length, width and depth is 115cm or less
         55cm x 40cm x 25cm or less

However, it is limited to items that can be stored safely in the compartment or under the seat in front of you.

Lounge

ANA Premium members, ANA Card Premium members, and customers with Star Alliance Gold status may access the ANA Lounge if they are boarding a flight that has an ANA flight number. Please proceed to the reception area and present your Premium status card, as well as either your 2D barcode boarding pass or the relevant IC card/mobile device with IC functionality. For details, please refer to the ANA Lounge Service page.
* The lounges are not available in Terminal 1 at Haneda airport and at Kitakyushu airport.

Cannot be used.

Flight attendants

Only StarFlyer flight attendants are on-board.

In-flight services

No in-flight newspaper service is available.You can enjoy news programs in Japanese and English on the seat TV.We offer ANA in-flight magazine "Tsubasa no Okoku."
Service standards of StarFlyer shall apply.
(In-flight purchases do not apply.)

No smoking / Smoking

All seats are no smoking.

Mileage Premium Point accrual

This service only applies to flights with ANA flight numbers.Accruing miles and using awards are available for members other than ANA Mileage Club.

If you fall under any of the following categories, please contact the "ANA Disability Desk" or ANA Domestic Flights Reservation and Information Center after your reservation. (Depending on the condition, Oriental Air Bridge flights might not be available.)
