ANA Business Flyers ™

Welcome to the ANA Business Flyers ™ (ABF) Program (Program for small and medium size companies).
This Program is only available via the ANA U.S.A./Mexico website to qualifying business entities (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Registrant" or "you" or "your"). If you wish to participate in this Program, you agree to be subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms") without modification. ANA may update or modify the Terms periodically at its sole discretion. Other terms and conditions of ANA may apply to any booking or purchase of products or services that you make with ANA through this Program.
1. Program Benefits.
A Registrant will receive the following discount at the time of purchase of a qualifying purchase (as defined in no. 4a below) from ANA ("Program Discount"):

To participate in the Program, a Registrant must (i) be a business entity duly registered and doing business in the U.S.A. or Mexico), and (ii) not have a current corporate or incentive agreement with ANA. Travel agencies, wholesalers, consolidators, and other entities engaged in the sale or distribution of air transportation or packages comprising air transportation are not eligible. ANA also reserves the right to require that you provide written documentation of your current business registration and/or certification for doing business. Your eligibility to participate in the Program is solely at ANA's discretion and determination.
There is no registration or annual fee for participation in the Program. To enroll, you must complete and submit the online application form, and provide a valid U.S. or Mexico ID or business number.
- a. Corporate Promotion Code
After ANA has approved your application, ANA will provide you with a code called the "Corporate Promotion Code" that you must use for the Program Discount to apply to your qualifying purchases. The Corporate Promotion Code applies solely to your qualifying purchases on theANA U.S.A./Mexico website. ANA will provide you with an updated Corporate Promotion Code at least annually during your participation in the Program as more fully described in no. 6 below.
- b. Customer Log-in Site
After ANA has approved your application, ANA will email you a Corporate ID and Password to access the Customer Log-In Site. Through the Customer Log-In Site, you can access your ABF account and review your Qualifying Purchases.
4. Program Requirements.
- a. Qualifying Purchase.
Program Discounts apply to any purchase made by you on theANA U.S.A./Mexico website during the term as defined in no. 4d below, when your valid Corporate Promotion Code is entered at the time of purchase. In addition, for the purchase of air transportation to qualify as a Qualifying Purchase, the purchase must include a transpacific segment on an ANA operated flight. Any codeshare flights operated by other companies are excluded. No other promotion or discount may be applied to a Qualifying Purchase. Program discounts are not valid with any other promotions or discounts. A Program Discount does not apply retroactively, including (i) purchases made prior to your participation in the Program, (ii) purchases made prior to your receipt of a new Corporate Promotion Code, or (iii) purchases in which you fail to enter the Corporate Promotion Code at the time of purchase. A Qualifying Purchase must be paid or settled in U.S. dollars only.
- b. Employees/Affiliates Only.
The service or product purchased as a Qualifying Purchase may be used only by an employee, owner or affiliate of the Registrant ("Participant") for business activities on behalf of the Registrant. ANA reserves the right to request at any time from a Participant written documentation showing employment or affiliation with the Registrant. ANA further reserves the right to suspend, cancel or disqualify any Participant from use of a Qualifying Purchase and to require the Registrant to cover any loss arising from any misuse of the Program by a Participant.
- c. ANA Mileage Club Membership.
Any Participant traveling on a ticket purchased under the Program must be a member of the ANA Mileage Club. An application for membership in the ANA Mileage Club, which is free, is available online at [http://www.ana.co.jp/wws/us/e/wws_common/amc/amc/].
- d. Program Term.
The Program term is for 12 months and runs from the first day of the month in which ANA notifies you that your application is accepted and issues you a Corporate Promotion Code ("Year"). ANA will renew your participation in the Program after ANA, at its sole discretion, determines that you made Qualifying Purchases equal to $10,000 or more during the preceding Year and are otherwise qualified to participate ("Renewal"). For your Renewal in the Program, ANA will issue you a new Corporate Promotion Code for your use during your Renewal Year.
5. Reviewing Your Qualifying Purchases.
- a. View Qualifying Purchases.
You can view your Qualifying Purchases by accessing your account via the ABF Customer Log-In Site. All Qualifying Purchases you make with your Corporate Promotion Code will be updated by the 20th day of the month following the date of boarding the Qualifying Flight. If there is no record of boarding a Qualifying Flight, no update will be made to your account.
- b. Total Amount of Qualifying Purchases Recorded in your ABF account.
The total amount of your Qualifying Purchases recorded in your ABF account will be based on the published fare or price of each Qualifying Purchase, excluding taxes, surcharges and the Program Discount, less any cancellations, returns or refunds of a prior Qualifying Purchase. Failure to board a Qualifying Flight disqualifies the purchase as a Qualifying Purchase and such purchase will not be recorded in your ABF account.
6. Program Discount Levels.
The Program Discount will apply to your Qualifying Purchases through your use of the Corporate Promotion Code at the time of purchase. You may qualify for and receive higher Program Discount levels (as listed in no. 1 above) during each Year of your participation in the Program or upon renewal in the program.
- a. Initial Program Discount Level.
Upon approval by ANA of your application to participate in the Program, ANA will issue you a Corporate Promotion Code giving you a 2% discount on Qualifying Purchases for your initial Program Year. You will retain this minimum Program Discount (2%) for your Qualifying Purchases during your initial Program Year, even if the total amount of your Qualifying Purchases for that Year does not total $10,000 or more.
- b. Higher Program Discount Level During the Year.
ANA will determine on a quarterly basis, if your total Qualifying Purchases to date for your Year qualify you for a higher Program Discount level. If ANA determines that you have qualified for a higher Program Discount level, ANA will issue you a new Corporate Promotion Code with the higher Program Discount that you can use from the time you receive it, for Qualifying Purchases during the remainder of that Year. For example, if you make Qualifying Purchases totaling $25,000 by the second quarter of your Program Year, ANA will send you a new Corporate Promotion Code for a 3% discount on Qualifying Purchases you make for the remainder of that Year. It will take up to one month to renew the promotion code.
- c. Higher Program Discount Level Upon Renewal.
Upon renewal of the program, ANA will set your Program Discount for the new Year based on your previous year’s Qualifying Purchases. If ANA determines that you qualify for a higher Program Discount level upon Renewal of your participation in the Program, ANA will issue you a new Corporate Promotion Code with the higher Program Discount that you can use from the time you receive it for Qualifying Purchases during your new Program Year.
For example, if you make Qualifying Purchases totaling $30,001 by the 4th quarter of your first Program Year, upon Renewal, ANA will send you a new Corporate Promotion Code for a 4% discount on Qualifying Purchases for the new Program Year. It will take up to one month to renew the promotion code.
- d. Lower Program Discount Level Upon Renewal.
If ANA determines that you qualify for a lower Program Discount level upon Renewal of your participation in the Program, ANA will deactivate the prior issued Corporate Promotion Code, and will issue you a new Corporate Promotion Code with the lower Program Discount that you can use from the time you receive it for Qualifying Purchases during your new Program Year.
For example, if you make Qualifying Purchases totaling $30,001 in your first Program Year qualifying you for a 4% discount in your second Program Year, and you make Qualifying Purchases totaling $25,000 during that second Year, ANA will send you a new Corporate Promotion Code for a 3% discount on Qualifying Purchases for your third Program Year. It will take up to one month to renew the promotion code.
7. ANA Audit.
ANA reserves the right to audit your participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, your use of your Corporate Promotion Code, at any time and without prior notice.
8. Termination of Your Participation.
ANA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Registrant’s participation in the Program, at any time and without prior notice, if in the sole discretion of ANA, ANA determines that the Registrant and/or any Participant has improperly participated in the Program or violated any of the Terms recited herein. ANA may also terminate the Registrant’s participation in the Program at the end of a Year if the Registrant fails to meet the Renewal Level. The Registrant may terminate its participation in the Program at any time by e-mail to the address listed for notice to ANA in no. 13 below, at least 2 weeks prior to the desired termination date.
9. Program Modifications/Termination.
ANA reserves the right to amend, update, modify, alter or rescind any or all of the Terms ("Program Modifications"), at any time without prior notice. ANA will post any and all Program Modifications on the Program webpage. Program Modifications will not be effective until posted on the Program webpage. ANA reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, with 30 days prior notice, by posting such notice on the Program webpage.
By applying for participation in and using the Program, the Registrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ANA, its parent, affiliates and employees from and against any claim, demand, loss, expense, damage, and any other liability which results from a breach of or non-compliance with the Terms by the Registrant and/or any Participant or arises during or in connection with the Registrant’s participation in or a Participant’s use of the Program.
12. Governing Law and Venue.
Unless otherwise provided by law, it is understood and agreed by you that the Terms and all claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms and your use of the website and participation in the Program are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles. You further agree that any legal action against ANA arising out of or in connection with the Terms and your participation in the Program must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, or in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and that you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
