Press Release
ANA to Raise International Fuel Surcharge for April - June 2008

TOKYO February 15, 2008 - ANA today applied to the Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport to raise its fuel surcharge on international flights from April 1, 2008.

Since July last year, ANA has fixed its fuel surcharge for a three month period, revising it on the basis of the average market price of Singapore kerosene for the previous three months. Jet fuel (Singapore kerosene) rose to an average of US$109.06 per barrel from November 2007 to January this year, in view of which ANA regrets that it must ask its valued customers to once again share the increased cost burden, in spite of ongoing efforts to curb costs and increase revenues.

Conditions for Revision (and removal) of the Surcharge
(1) The fuel surcharge will not be revised for the three months from April 1, 2008 to June 31, 2008 regardless of market movements. The levels stated are subject to government approval.
(2) The level, form, and fuel price index for the fuel surcharge from July 1, 2008, will be fixed in May this year, taking the three month average from February to April, 2008.
