| 1. New International Terminal opens at Haneda Airport |
The new International Terminal at Haneda Airport will open on Thursday, October 21 this year. Access to the terminal from central Tokyo is very convenient, using either rail services operated by Tokyo Monorail and Keihin Kyuko Railways to the New Terminal station, or by car, as the new terminal will feature a large car park. With the opening, ANA will shift its international operation from the current terminal, and introduce new services and facilities such as new lounges and a larger number of self-service check-in kiosks, for an easier travel to international destinations.
Easy and convenient transfer to ANA international flights from all domestic airports Customers on all ANA domestic flights* transferring at Haneda to ANA international flights will be able to check-in for their entire journey upon departure at their respective local airports. These passengers will no longer need to stop by at our counter in Haneda for check-in or baggage check. Moreover, the minimum connecting time from domestic flights to international flights will be cut down from the current 80 minutes to 70 minutes, enabling passengers to transfer more smoothly between domestic and international flights. On the other hand, customers arriving at Haneda on international flights and connecting to domestic routes will be able to drop off their baggage at our baggage drop-off counter located after the customs clearance. Passengers who check-in for the international flight at an overseas airport and connecting domestic flight will be benefiting from through-check-in services and will not need to carry their baggage to the domestic terminal. * excluding Kitakyushu and Iki Airports

ANA’s “CLICK check-in” service becomes even more convenient Customers boarding ANA’s international flights using ANA’s “CLICK internet check-in” and “CLICK mobile check-in” services (the latter will be available from October 21) will no longer need to stop by at our check-in counters; instead they will be able to proceed directly to security check, passport control, and to the boarding gate. This will enable them to complete international boarding procedures in an easy and hassle-free way. Passengers with check-in baggage will be able to use the baggage drop-off priority counters located in the departures lobby. With our “CLICK check-in” service at Haneda, passengers will now be able to check-in online at their homes for ANA domestic flights and their onward ANA international flights, as well as ANA international flights and connecting ANA domestic flights, substantially cutting down the time required to complete check-in and boarding procedures at the airport. New ANA Lounges New “ANA SUITE LOUNGE” for ANA “Diamond Service” members and “ANA LOUNGE” for frequent flyers and Business Class customers will be opened at the new international terminal. Light meals, snacks, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, as well as substantial meals will be served. The lounges will be equipped with shower facilities and amenities, allowing passengers on late-night flights to unwind and relax in a comfortable environment while waiting for their flights. Furthermore, passengers arriving at Haneda on international flights will be able to enjoy refreshments, snacks and take advantage of the shower facilities, as well as the business facilities at our “ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE.” * Please refer to further information for the detailed lounge eligibility.

| 2. ANA substantially expands its network from Haneda |
As previously announced, from October 31 ANA will inaugurate five new international routes connecting Haneda Airport with Los Angeles, Honolulu, Singapore, Bangkok and Taipei (Songshan), in addition to shifting its current charter services to regular scheduled services. Moreover, ANA will change the departure time for its current late-night Hong Kong flight to a more convenient daytime service and will increase the frequency of its Haneda-Seoul (Gimpo) service from double-daily to triple-daily. With these new and improved services at Haneda Airport, ANA aspires to expand its global network substantially.

Large-size Flight Information Displays will be installed at the Tokyo Monorail’s Haneda Airport station and in each floor of the terminal, providing an easier way to locate the security checkpoints and boarding gates. ANA will also set up the ANA Sky Assist counter for the comfort and convenience of customers needing physical assistance, and support them through the procedures at the airport. The facility will include a resting area, as well as a direct access to exclusive security checkpoints.
