Campaign DetailsDuring the campaign period, ANA will offer a complimentary upgrade to Business Class on Japan departure flights for AMC members who purchase campaign eligible tickets on campaign eligible routes through ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (cell phone site). * Complimentary upgrades may be offered on returning flights depending on seat availability. * Please enter your 10 digit ANA Mileage Club membership number (along with traveling companion’s AMC number if applicable) when purchasing your tickets. Please note that it will not be offered on Sun. departures. * Passengers who purchase campaign eligible tickets on eligible routes by 11:59PM 14 days prior to departure through ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE are eligible to participate in this campaign. * Please enter your 10 digit ANA Mileage Club membership number (along with traveling companion’s AMC number if applicable) when purchasing your tickets. * We will upgrade your seat (to Business Class) 10 days prior to departure. Please check your new seat number (upon upgrade) through the reservation/confirmation screen. * Business Class seat assignments (window/aisle) will be the same as Economy Class seats that were assigned at the time of purchase. This may not apply to all passengers depending on seat availability. * Complimentary upgrades may be offered on returning flights depending on seat availability. If applicable, passengers will be notified via telephone. * Tickets purchased prior to campaign start date (before December 20, 2009) are not campaign eligible. * Upgrades that have been processed will automatically be canceled if passengers’ make changes to their itinerary. Please note that once an existing upgrade has been canceled (by making changes to itinerary) a new upgrade will not be made. * Passengers will earn flight miles and ANA Premium Points based on the Economy Class ticket purchased; not based on newly upgraded ticket.
