If you have made a request for an “Edy gift” and have renewed your ANA Card before receiving “Edy”, “Edy gift” may not have been received with the old card.
If the Awards cannot be received with the old card, request an exchange of “Edy gift” within 60 days from application, after receiving your new card.

If you are eligible for any campaign to receive “Edy gift” sometimes you may not be able to receive (charge) “Edy gift” with your ANA Card, This is because your ANA card will be renewed soon.
