The way to receive Edy offers has changed since 02/01/2008, but what were the major changes? |

Receiving method for Edy offers has changed on 02/01/2008, and members can now choose where to receive Edy.
Customers registered with Mobile de Edy Miles have received Edy offers with their Osaifu-Keitai, but from now on, customers can choose a Mileage card with Edy functions, ANA Card, or Osaifu-Keitai every time they receive miles.

How can I register for Edy? |

Login to ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE, and complete the registration following the "Edy Registration" screen instructions, before requesting to receive Edy offers.
Registration can also be done from "Edy Registration" on the ANA SKY KIOSK, ANA Web KIOSK, appoint's, and Mobile AMC Application.
Be sure to confirm the Edy number printed on the back of your Edy function Mileage Card with or ANA Card, or the Edy number printed under the customer number and name of the Mobile AMC Application matches the Edy number to be selected on the screen when registering Edy.

I lost my card before Edy Registration. What should I do? |

Please request to reissue the card. Once the new card arrives, receive Edy offers after completing "Edy Registration" within the Edy receiving period.

I have changed Mobile Wallet models. Do I need to do anything before Edy Registration? |

Complete the download of Mobile AMC Application and service registration for Mobile de Edy Miles with the new Mobile Wallet. After the procedure is completed and the Mobile AMC Application has started, check for the new Mobile Wallet Edy number and the Edy logo that is displayed below your name and customer number. (Example here)
Receive Edy by registering the Edy offer from "Edy Registration" in the Mobile AMC Application within the Edy receiving period, three or more days after the service registration.

I have completed Edy Registration, but I cannot receive with my Osaifu-Keitai. |

Members that have changed their Edy number for Osaifu-Keitai due to model change or repair will not be able to receive Edy if Edy registration is completed without newly registering the Mobile de Edy Miles service.

I realized I lost my card after Edy Registration. What should I do? |

Request to reissue the card. How to reissue cards is here
Members who have lost their ANA Mileage Club Edy Card should request a new card, and at the same time notify the customer number and the fact that Edy Registration was competed.
Members who have lost other Edy function Mileage Card with or ANA Card should notify ANA Mileage Club Service Center once the new card arrives. It is also possible to contact from here.

If it overlaps with the renewal period of my ANA Card, which card will receive it? |

If the renewal is within that month, complete the "Edy Registration" after the renewed card has arrived, and receive it with the renewed card within the receiving period.

You can check from "Edy Reception Inquiry" after logging in to ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE.
ANA SKY KIOSK, ANA Web KIOSK, Mobile AMC Application, or appoint's can also be used.

Is there a limit on how many offers I can receive at once? |

Up to ¥25,000 worth of Edy offers can be received.
Edy offers exceeding ¥25,000 can be received in portions. |

It is displaying "Exceeds Balance". What should I do? |
|
 |
"Exceeds Balance" is displayed when the total of the Edy balance and the Edy offer being received exceeds ¥50,000, and it will not be possible to receive the Edy offer. Try again after adjusting so the balance will be less than ¥50,000 after receiving. |
