Q Is it possible to reissue the card if there is a problem with the Edy function?
A

Contact will be different depending on the type of card. Contact directly for the card being used.

Q I have various types of mileage cards with Edy functions. Is it possible to combine my mileage accounts into one?
A Yes, you can.Contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center and let us know the customer number on each card. You can also contact from here.
Q I have an ANA Mileage Club Card. What should I do to switch to an Edy function card?
A Login from here, and apply. A "Change address etc." button is displayed on the application completion screen. Change the address from here if a change is necessary. If it is changed by 11:59 p.m. of the day applied for switch, the card will be sent to the new address within 2 - 3 weeks.
Q I have an ANA Mileage Club Card. I would like to switch to an Edy function card, but how can I if I am living overseas?
A If it is registered to an overseas address, switching cannot be done by the member with member-only functions, so please contact the Service Center closest to your address.
Q I have applied to switch to an Edy function ANA Mileage Club Card and 3 weeks have past, but the card is not here yet.
A We will check the status, so please contact ANA Mileage Club Service Center. You can also contact from here.
Q Does the customer number change when my ANA Mileage Club Card is switched to one with Edy function?Are the miles carried over?
A The card will be issued with the same customer number, so all the miles in the account will be carried over. Once you receive the Edy function card, cut and dispose of the ANA Mileage Club Card (without Edy).
Q Are there any initial or annual fees for the ANA Mileages Club Edy Card?
A There is no annual fee. Normally, there is a card issue fee (¥500), but an offer waiving the issue fee is currently underway.

*Issue fee may apply when switching an ANA Card to an Edy function card.

Q I already have an Edy function Mileage Card, but have applied for new ANA Mileage Club Edy Card by mistake. Is it possible to cancel the application?
A Contact an ANA Mileage Club Service Center, and notify that you wish to cancel membership. You can also contact from here.
Q I have ANA Card, but is it possible to own a separate ANA Mileage Club Edy Card?
A Yes, it is possible to have one ANA Mileage Club Edy Card separate from an ANA Card. The application is different depending on the card issue status, so please check the following.
1) Customers who have used an ANA Mileage Club Card in the past: Application for a new ANA Mileage Club Edy Card cannot be made from ANA SKY WEB.
2) Apply for a new membership here. Once your card arrives, mileage accounts will be combined, so please inform your customer numbers on each card to a ANA Mileage Club Service Center. You can also contact from here.
Q I have a plan to use it, and I need it urgently. Is it possible to expedite the delivery of my ANA Mileage Club Edy Card?
A It will take about 2 - 3 weeks for the delivery of your card if you applied through ANA SKY WEB/ANA SKY MOBILE, and it cannot be expedited. There are some city offices and airport counters that can immediately issue ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards. Contact ANA Mileage Club Service Center for details. (*Please note that immediate issue may not be possible depending on the season)
Q I have an ANA Card but there is no Edy function. What should I do?
A Edy function cards will be sent on the next renewal. To switch to an Edy function card before the renewal period, please contact your credit card company. (A switching fee may apply depending on the card)

Q Is it possible to have multiple ANA Mileage Club Edy Cards?
A Only one card is issued for each account.
