Electronic Money "Edy" is a service you can use by reading electronic money data to an IC chip embedded in the card. Therefore, you must swipe your card at a special IC card reader, such as an "ANA Web KIOSK," and complete the procedure for receiving Edy. |

All converted Edy expire after 60 days and cannot be received. The period for receiving Edy cannot be extended and miles cannot be refunded, so be sure to receive your Edy before they expire. |

The IC chip embedded in the card may have malfunctioned. Contact the Customer Service Center indicated at the bottom of your card and have your card reissued.

If your customer number has changed due to the reissuing of the card, Edy will be transferred to your new card. Please have your card handy and contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. If your card was reissued with the same customer number, you can receive Edy with your new card.

I cannot receive converted Edy because my balance exceeds 50,000 Edy. What should I do? |

Please complete the procedure to receive Edy again when the balance is within 50,000 Edy, including Edy converted from miles, after using Edy already charged to the card, and when within 60 days of the date of application. |
