How can I earn miles by using Edy payments with a Osaifu-Keitai? |

Use ANA SKY MOBILE (www.ana.co.jp) to download the Mobile AMC Application and complete the service registration procedure. After the procedure is completed and the Mobile AMC Application is started, your new Osaifu-Keitai Edy number and the Edy logo will appear below your name and customer number. (Click here for a sample.)If this is not displayed, the procedure is not completed. Complete the procedure again, or if you have any questions, contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. Any usage of Edy are eligible for mileage accrual from the date you resister to "Mobile de Edy Miles". If you change from other points on Osaifu-Ketai, mileage accrual are eligible after 3 days from the date you register to "Mobile de Edy Miles" service. Applicable amount of Edy Miles will be combined and accrued to the ANA Mileage club account automatically approximately 2 - 3 weeks after usage. |

No, the Osaifu-Keitai does not have a mileage card function. You must continue to present your card when boarding international flights and when using partner services, so be sure to keep your card and do not lose it. |

When registering the Mobile AMC Application service, one Osaifu-Keitai corresponds to one member card. You cannot register the same customer number to multiple Osaifu-Keitais. If you have different types of Edy-enabled mileage cards and you have consolidated your mileage accounts, you can use your Osaifu-Keitais to register the Mobile AMC Application service. If you have not consolidated your mileage accounts, contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center and let us know the customer number on each card. You can also contact here.

What procedures are required in transferring my Osaifu-Keitai to another Osaifu-Keitai when changing phone models? |

Delete the "Mobile de Edy Miles" registration on your previous Osaifu-Keitai, and use your new Osaifu-Keitai to register the Mobile AMC Application service. What do I do if I want to switch from a Osaifu-Keitai to a mobile phone without an Edy function? |

After the Mobile AMC Application is started, use the menu to select "Mobile de Edy Miles" and delete the registration. If you cannot complete the procedure by yourself, such as because the mobile phone was returned without deleting the registration, please contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.
