When flying Economy Class or Business Class on ANA Group operating International flights, baggage allowance will be raised to the first class level.

How to take advantage of this:

Please present your "Bronze Service" Card with your ticket to claim this service.

Baggage allowance when boarding on flights with two cabins (business and economy class) also will be raised to the first class level.

* Not available when flying on ANA code-share flights operated by other airline.

* No one other than the member in person is eligible for this service.

* The service will not apply if you have a connecting flight from any other airline to ANA flights.

* Can also be used with the Japan domestic sector of an international flight ticket.

"Bronze Service" members who are waiting at the airport for seats to board ANA Group flights or Star Alliance Member airlines flights on that day will be given priority on the waitlist.

* Please note that this service may not be available at certain airports and for certain flights.

For an even smoother journey, "Bronze Service" members are invited to use the "Premium Economy" check-in counter at Narita Airport and Haneda Airport regardless of fare paid.

* No one other than the member in person is eligible for this service.

"Bronze Service" members who have accumulated 1,000 miles or 2 Upgrade Points are entitled to use lounge in various airports when travelling on ANA Japan domestic flights.

How to take advantage of this:

Please present your "Bronze Service" Card and ANA Card (or ANA Mileage Club Card) to the lounge personnel when you enter. 1,000 miles or 2 Upgrade Points will be deducted from your mileage account after confirmation. (Entry may be denied if accumulated mileage or Upgrade Points are not sufficient.)

* Please note that mileage deduction takes a few days.

One use for one person requires the following number of miles or points.

* Usage with 1,000 miles is only applicable to the "Bronze Service" member.

* Up to 5 people, including the "Bronze Service" member, may use this service at one time with 2 Upgrade Points (per entry per person).

Registered Award users who are the member's second-degree or closer relative may enter the lounge in exchange for 2 Upgrade Points, even when not accompanied by the member.

"ANA LOUNGE" at Shin-Chitose, Haneda, Itami and Fukuoka Airports

"ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE"* at Narita Airport

"signet" at the Sendai, Komatsu, Kansai, Hiroshima, Matsuyama, Kagoshima and Okinawa Airports

"Centrair Airline Lounge" at Nagoya (Chubu) Airport

* Can be used as a domestic departure lounge.

This service is not applicable for use at contract lounges at Kumamoto and Miyazaki.

Lounges are applicable prior to flight departure when boarding ANA or ANA marketing flight operated by other airline.

Please note that it may not be possible to use Lounges during certain periods and when conditions are crowded.

Miles cannot be deducted from a mileage account of any other person but the "Bronze Service" member's.

Lounges are available only for members who have finished check-in.
