"Platinum Service" members on ANA Group flights who have cleared boarding procedures are entitled to relax until boarding time in the comfort of ANA's airport lounges. Members boarding Star Alliance member airlines flights will, as Star Alliance Gold members, have access to as many as 500 Star Alliance member airport lounges worldwide. "Platinum Service" members may be accompanied by one guest into these lounges.

* Lounges are available for use prior to flight departure.

* Lounges cannot be used when boarding flights of airlines other than ANA or Star Alliance member airlines.

* "ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE" at Narita Airport Terminal 1 and Haneda Airport are available only when boarding ANA Group International flights.

* Lounges are available only for members who have finished check-in.

About companion

When flying on an ANA Group domestic flight...

Two or more companions will be entitled to use the domestic airport lounge in exchange for 2,000 miles or 2 ANA Upgrade Points per guest. A maximum of five persons including the member can use the lounge.

* Lounges are applicable when boarding ANA or ANA marketing flight operated by other airline.

Please present the IC or 2D Bar Code that is used at the Security Check Point to our staff at the time of use (Presenting your ANA Card or ANA MILEAGE CLUB CARD may be required when the ANA Number cannot be confirmed).

If you wish to take more than two companions into the lounge with you, the lounge personnel will deduct 2,000 miles or 2 points from your mileage account for each additional guest after confirmation of mileage/point balance.

* Miles cannot be deducted from a mileage account of any other person but the member's.

* Registered Awards users who are the member's second-degree or closer relative may enter the lounge in exchange for 2 Upgrade Points, even when not accompanied by the member.

When flying on a Star Alliance member airlines flight...

A Star Alliance Gold member traveling on a Star Alliance member airlines flight may accompany up to one guest to a Star Alliance member airlines lounge or a Star Alliance Branded lounge ("Star Lounge").

1) The accompanied guest must travel on a Star Alliance member airlines flight departing on the same day and from the same airport.

2) The accompanied guest must enter the Star Lounge together with the Star Alliance Gold member.

A person may use the lounge as a "companion" even if they are not flying on the same flight as the member if they enter the lounge together with the member and are also boarding a flight on the same day operated by a Star Alliance member airlines (for domestic flights, also available to persons boarding IBEX Airlines, AIR DO, Sky Net Asia Airways, Starflyer, and Oriental Air Bridge code-share flights with ANA flight numbers).
