ANA "Platinum Service" members automatically become Star Alliance Gold members. Various services are also available to you when flying on Star Alliance member airlines flights, promising you even more relaxing and comfortable travel.

Persons who accumulate 50,000 or more eligible ANA Premium Points^*1 in a calendar year (January to December), will receive Platinum Service beginning in April of the following year.
Premium Points are earned through travel on ANA Group flights and Star Alliance member airlines flights during the months of January to December each year, with AMC accumulated miles, class ratios, boarding ratios, and route ratios converted into Points. These are recorded separately from miles.

If you were not an ANA "Platinum Services" member this year but you reach the necessary Platinum Services eligibility criteria for next year by the last day in December of this year, you will be eligible to use ANA Platinum Services awards such as Bonus Miles and Airport Lounges from a month after you qualified^*2 until March of the following year.

*1 Flights on ANA Group flights and Star Alliance member airlines must be boarded with eligible mileage accrual fares and registered to ANA Mileage Club. However, for code share flights operated by IBEX Airlines, AIR DO, Sky Net Asia Airways, Star Flyer, and Oriental Air Bridge, this applies only if the flight is booked and boarded using an ANA flight number.

*2 You may use the advance service as soon as you receive your service card. Depending on the area where you live. It may take some time your Card to be delivered.
Be sure to take your service card with you when you plan to use services that require you to present a card, such as lounge access.

* The Advance Service starts in Mid-April. You will not be eligible for the Advance Service if you reach the standard after the end of December of this year.

* Offers cannot be used together for "Diamond Service" and "Bronze Service".
