*1 ANA Super Flyers Card do not provide Japan domestic travel accident insurance.
*2 The maximum benefit for overseas travel accident insurance is one hundred million yen when paying fees for "Boarding public transportation implements" or "Applied typed package travels" in advance by using ANA JCB Super Flyers Card. The maximum benefit is 50 million yen for the non-card payment. The maximum benefit for the Japan domestic flight accident insurance is 50 million yen regardless of card payment or non-card payment.
*3 The amount is for overseas travel insurance or Japan domestic accident insurance when paying fees for "Boarding public transportation implements" or "Applied typed package travels" in advance by using ANA Diners Card. The maximum benefit for overseas travel insurance or Japan domestic travel accident insurance is 50 million yen without card payment.
*4 The benefits for overseas travel accident insurance will be followed by the accident and death, injury compensation amount when paying for the international flight air ticket or package tour fee by using ANA American Express Super Flyers Gold Card. For Japan Domestic travel accident insurance, the accident and death, injury compensation amount is covered only to the accidents on boarding public transportation implements that paid for the ticket by using a card( For each case the compensation amount will be for the principal member only.) "Japan domestic air flight accident insurance" is not incident but the compensation will be covered as "Japan Travel Accident Insurance. For overseas travels, there is the automatic incidental "Overseas Travel Accident Insurance" that has a maximum 50 million yen for accident and death, injury compensation for the member in person even without card payment.
