Lifetime mileage

What are Lifetime Miles? |
|
 |
This is your current total flight miles since you joined AMC. It is different from the actual accrued miles, since it represents the sum of basic miles for the segments flown. |

Can I redeem my lifetime mileage for awards? |
|
 |
It is different from the mileage balance, since it represents the current gross total of flight miles since you joined AMC. Therefore it can't be redeemed for awards. |

Will the miles from fares/routes exempted from regular mileage credits be added to the lifetime mileage? |
|
 |
The lifetime mileage is calculated based on the actual miles accrued on your ANA Mileage Club account. No flights will be included in the calculation of lifetime mileage if they are exempt from mileage credits. |

Will the miles traveled with other airlines be added to the lifetime mileage? |

The lifetime mileage is calculated based on the actual miles accrued on your ANA Mileage Club account. Any mileage earned on eligible partner flights will be added to your lifetime mileage. |

If you have forgotten your password, please go to Forgot My Password and enter your customer number and identification information. If you have registered your e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail for setting a new password. For those who have no e-mail address registered with us, your password will be mailed to your registered address. Please allow about one week for processing. |

How do I check my Mileage Account balance? |

Please log in from the top page of ANA SKY WEB by entering your customer number and password.
Upon login, your latest mileage will be shown on the top page. By pressing the Mileage Statement button, you can check your account activities for the last 12 months. |

When will I receive my card? |
|

ANA card Your ANA card will arrive about 4 weeks after application. For detailed information on processing of your card, please contact your credit card company. |

AMC card or AMC/Edy card
Your card will arrive 2 - 3 weeks after you register (three to 4 weeks for overseas addresses by regular mail). If you have not received your card after 4 weeks, please contact ANA Mileage Club Service Center directly. |

I plan to travel before the card is expected to arrive. What should I do? |

Miles can be credited retroactively within 6 months from the date of travel. For retroactive credit, please click here. |

How to use SKiP Service If you have made a SKiP reservation (reservation, purchase, and seatselection) at a SKiP fare, you can use the SKiP Service even if you have not received your card yet. In order to do so, please go to "Confirm Reservation/Purchase" on the domestic flight top page of ANA SKY WEB, go to the page for the booking details, then select "2D bar code." Log in using your current customer number/password and open the "Confirm Reservation" menu. |

Switching to ANA card from a card without credit functionality By re-registering your new customer number in the booking record, you can use your new card and enjoy the SKiP Service. To change your customer number, please contact ANA Mileage Club Service Center (Domestic Flight Reservation: Service Menu 1). |

Changing from ANA Regular Card to Wide/Wide Gold Card (applicable to JCB, VISA, and MasterCard), and vice versa Your customer number will not be changed, and you can use the SKiP Service with your new card.

How can I obtain a Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card? |

The application procedure can be different depending on whether you have an account at Mizuho Bank, among other things. For more information, please go to Mizuho Bank website. |

I am an ANA Mileage Club member. Can I switch my existing card to a Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card? |

Your current customer number cannot be carried over to a new Mizuho Mileage Club/ ANA card. You will apply for a Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card as a new member, and a new customer number will issued. But your current mileage account combined will be combined with the new one if you enter the current card number in the application form. Once your accounts are combined, you can use both your current card and your new Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card to earn miles. Any new earned mileage will accrue in your Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA account. |

Your current mileage account will have been integrated if you entered your current customer number in your application for a Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card. Verify that the mileage balance is the same by logging in with the customer number and password for each card. |

After confirming that your mileage accounts have been combined properly, please refer to Cancel Membership and follow the cancellation procedure for your old card. |

If you find that your mileage accounts have not been integrated yet, we will transfer the miles earned on your current card to your Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card. Please contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center directly and ask for account integration, providing your customer numbers. However, you cannot transfer the Edy balance on your current card. We recommend using up the Edy before canceling the card. |

You can keep more than one card. Please combine your mileage accounts for your convenience. Your current mileage account has been integrated if you entered your current customer number in your application for a Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card. Verify that the mileage balance is the same by logging in with your customer number and password for each card. If your mileage accounts have not been integrated yet, please contact ANA Mileage Club Service Center directly and ask for account integration, providing your customer numbers. |

I was assigned a new customer number when I registered for a Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card. Isn't the card issued under the same customer number? |

ANA Mileage Club issues one card for each customer number. Therefore no Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA cards can be issued under the current card number. Please integrate your mileage accounts before using 2 cards concurrently. Please note that, by integrating your mileage accounts, you can use your current mileage balance under the Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card program. |

Can I continue to use the ANA card's services (bonus miles, in-flight shopping discounts, insurance, etc.) with a Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card? |

Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA issues a credit card that combines the features of the ANA Mileage Club Edy card and the Mizuho Mileage Club card. Since this card is different from the ANA card, ANA card services are not available with it. |

Is there a card that combines both the Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card and the Super Flyers card? |

The ANA Mileage Club features of the Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card are the same as those of the ANA Mileage Club Edy card, but they are different from those of the ANA card. We offer no Super Flyers cards. |

Please apply for this card at a Mizuho Bank counter. You are required to cancel your current Mizuho Mileage Club card and apply for a Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card. Application must be made in person and can't be mailed. |

Your Mizuho Mileage Club/ANA card will have the same features as your ANA Mileage Club Edy card. However, bonus flight miles, ANA Card Mile Plus, in-flight shopping discounts, and other privileges offered under ANA card are not included. |
