Your miles will be transfered to your new card, if you have entered your customer number in the application form for an ANA card or the plan modification form (Card conversion form). If you did not enter your customer number, your miles may be transferred at a later date. Please contact the ANA Mileage Service Center and give the customer number of each card to a service representative. |

Each time you charge your card you can add ¥1,000, ¥2,000, ¥3,000, ¥4,000, ¥5,000 or ¥10,000. The card will hold a maximum of ¥20,000. The maximum amount that can be charged at one time is ¥10,000. |

I have charged the Suica portion of my ANA VISA Suica Card by mistake. Can I get a refund on the remaining charge balance? |

If one of the following conditions applies, a refund of the most recent charge amount will be issued at the customer service counter at a JR East station.
- - If your Suica card has not been used since it was last charged.
- - If you request a refund on the same day that you charged the card.
- - If you request a refund at the same station where you charged the card.
For more information, contact the customer service counter at a JR East station.
* If you charged the card using a credit card, a credit card receipt will be required.
* If you charged the card at a VIEW ALTTE inside the ticket gate, no refund will be available.
* If you used Autocharge to recharge the card, no refund will be available.
* If you want to request a refund on the day you recharged the card but the customer service counter is already closed, your request made on the following day will be handled as a request made on the day of charging. |

You can use your card at all AEON Group stores in the Kanto area, some Family Mart stores, some Lawson stores, some Three F stores, the Big Camera stores, the Saint Marc Cafe shops, etc., as well as Eki-Naka stores. For more information, please see the JR East website. |

Does Suica have an expiry date? |
|
 |
The ANA VISA Suica Card bears an expiry date similar to that of a credit card. An ANA VISA Suica Card cannot be used past its expiry date. However, a refund will still be available at a VIEW ALTTE. |

My Suica doesn't work. What shall I do? |
|
 |
One of the following situations is possible, but if you still cannot use the card after checking the pass case, contact the customer service counter at a JR East station.
- - Your pass case contains metal or other items that interfere with communication with the ticket gate.
- - Card has been used at a station outside of the Suica area and needs to be processed.
- - Card has been inactive for an extended period. (Next Section)
- - Card is defective.

If your card has been inactive for 6 consecutive months, we may temporarily suspend its use. Please go to a JR East station and charge the Suica portion of your card at a ticket vending machine or similar machine that supports Suica. Or have your card checked at Customer Service at the station.
*Charging the Suica portion of your card at an Electronic Money merchant will not unlock your card for use. |

After we receive notification from you, we will send you a new card that will be charged with the balance that remained when the Suica function was suspended in its entirety. |

|

We will send you a new card charged with the balance that remained on your old card at the time we received notification from you. Please note that, as a result, the Suica function of your card will be suspended. |

I am told that my card must be replaced because it was misused, perhaps by forgery. What will happen to the charge balance on my card? |

The Suica function of your card will be temporarily suspended while we issue a replacement card. The balance remaining on your current card will be transferred to the new card that we will send to you. |

The new card that we will send you shows a charge balance of ¥0. You can choose either to use the charge balance remaining on your current card, or to get a refund at a VIEW ALTTE (no service charge).

Please use the Suica charge balance before canceling your card. Otherwise, please obtain a refund (no service charge) at a VIEW ALTTE at a station near you before sending back the canceled card.
* Since the card must be returned when you cancel your membership, if there is any Suica charge remaining on the returned card the price of the card will be credited to the account you requested after the card has been returned. |

What is Autocharge Service?How do I set up Autocharge? |

Autocharge is a convenience service that allows you to recharge the Suica portion of your card by simply touching it to an automated ticket gate* when entering a station. You do not have to recharge your card at a ticket vending machine.
* Automated ticket gates with a blue scanner only. Autocharge will not work when exiting through an automated ticket gate or shopping with Suica.

These locations include "Green Window" (Midori-no-Madoguchi)/View Plaza at JR East stations, ticket vending machines that take credit cards such as card vending machines, automatic ticket vending machines, and reserved-seat ticket vending machines that are located in stations, VIEW ALTTE ATM's (for Suica charge and cashing) and Autocharge. When registering on Eki-Net, JR East's web page for booking reserved seats, select "Include VIW/View-Suica Card" when choosing the type of credit card. |
