Enrollment Bonus Miles for an ANA regular card will be accrued at the end of the month following the month of your enrollment. Enrollment Bonus Miles for ANA Wide/Wide Gold and Diners cards will be accrued at the end of the month following the month in which you paid your annual fee (if paid before the due date). |

Can I transfer the miles I have earned on other cards to my ANA card? |

Your miles will be transfered to your new card, if you have entered your customer number in the application form for an ANA card or the plan modification form (Card conversion form).
If you did not enter your customer number, your miles may be transferred at a later date. Please contact the ANA Mileage Service Center and give the customer number of each card to a service representative. |

I have an Edy card. Can I transfer my Edy number/account balance to my ANA card when I switch cards? |
|

A new Edy number will be assigned when you change cards. Your Edy account balance will not be transferred.
Please note that unless your membership is canceled, your existing Edy card will remain valid. |

Can I accrue mileage points and use Edy features with the ANA PiTaPa Card? |

An ANA PiTaPa Card will be issued as a supplementary card to an ANA VISA/MasterCard and an ANA JCB Card.
Consequently, since the ANA PiTaPa Card is not equipped with either the ANA Mileage Club Members-Only Functions or the ANA IC Service features, it may not be used to accumulate miles, for SkiP Service or for Edy Service. For mileage accrual and Edy Service, please use an ANA VISA/MasterCard or an ANA JCB Card. |

Can I earn miles by using a PiTaPa Card? |

Sumitomo Mitsui Card "World Present" points and ANA Mileage Club miles will not be awarded for ANA PiTaPa Card use. Using the ANA PiTaPa Card for rail or bus travel will not earn Sumitomo Mitsui Card "World Present" points or ANA Mileage Club miles. Using the ANA PiTaPa Card for shopping will earn "Shop de Points," which may be converted to mileage. |

There is no sign-up or annual fee for an ANA PiTaPa Card. However, if you do not use your PiTaPa Card during a one-year period, an administration fee of ¥1,050 (including consumption tax, etc.) will be charged. |

Can I switch my existing PiTaPa Card to an ANA PiTaPa Card? |
|
|
To obtain an ANA PiTaPa Card, you must apply for it even if you already have a PiTaPa Card issued by other company. Switching is not permitted.
After you receive your new ANA PiTaPa Card you must take certain steps with regard to your PiTaPa Card issued by another company. |

When can I start redeeming my ANA Mileage Club miles for Shop de Point awards? |
|
|
AMC miles may be redeemed in units of 10,000 miles for 100,000 PiTaPa Shop de Points as part of the ANA PiTaPa members-only service.
PiTaPa Card holders who are also AMC members may convert Shop de Points to AMC miles. 500 Shop de Points convert to 20 AMC miles. |

Can I add Suica functions be added to my current card? |

Only the ANA VISA Suica Card will be equipped with the Suica functions. The Suica functions will not be added to existing cards. |

The ANA VISA Suica Card is a credit card equipped with VISA credit card functions. At present, there is no plan to issue other credit cards under a new brand name or Suica Card with no credit card functions. |

I have an ANA Super Flyers card. Does the ANA VISA Suica Card include an option of a Super Flyers card? |
|
|
The ANA VISA Suica Card is available only in the Regular Card class and is not offered in conjunction with cards such as ANA Wide Card/Wide Gold Card or ANA Super Flyer Card. You must have an ANA VISA Suica Card in addition to your existing ANA Super Flyer Card. |

|
|
A new application will be required for each of these cards. You will receive a new customer number, but you will be happy to know that if you enter your existing customer number in the application form, your earned miles will be transferred to your new customer number. |

An ANA VISA Suica Card will be issued only to the member. No Family Card is available. |

You can charge your Suica card by paying in cash at automated ticket vending machines, Addfare machines and pass vending machine displaying the  logo. You can deposit money with an ANA VISA Suica Card credit payment at an East Japan Railway station "VIEW ALTTE" ATM corner or a card vending machine with the  mark. You can also auto-charge at ticket gates that support the auto-charge function. |

In what units can I recharge my Suica? |
|
|
Each time you charge your card you can add ¥1,000, ¥2,000, ¥3,000, ¥4,000, ¥5,000 or ¥10,000. The card will hold a maximum of ¥20,000. The maximum amount that can be charged at one time is ¥10,000. |

What is the current balance on my ANA VISA Suica Card? |

You can check your balance at a JR East station through a ticket vending machine, or other device that supports Suica Card.

I have charged the Suica portion of my ANA VISA Suica Card by mistake. Can I get a refund on the remaining charge balance? |

If one of the following conditions applies, a refund of the most recent charge amount will be issued at the customer service counter at a JR East station.
- - If your Suica card has not been used since it was last charged.
- - If you request a refund on the same day that you charged the card.
- - If you request a refund at the same station where you charged the card.
For more information, contact the customer service counter at a JR East station.
* If you charged the card using a credit card, a credit card receipt will be required.
* If you charged the card at a VIEW ALTTE inside the ticket gate, no refund will be available.
* If you used Autocharge to recharge the card, no refund will be available.
* If you want to request a refund on the day you recharged the card but the customer service counter is already closed, your request made on the following day will be handled as a request made on the day of charging. |

Where can I shop using Suica? |
|
|
You can use your card at all AEON Group stores in the Kanto area, some Family Mart stores, some Lawson stores, some Three F stores, the Big Camera stores, the Saint Marc Cafe shops, etc., as well as Eki-Naka stores. For more information, please see the JR East website. |

What shall I do if I find a transaction in my usage history that I didn't make? |
|
|
Contact the station/store where you made your purchase. |
|

Does Suica have an expiry date? |
|
|
The ANA VISA Suica Card bears an expiry date similar to that of a credit card. An ANA VISA Suica Card cannot be used past its expiry date.
However, a refund will still be available at a VIEW ALTTE. |

My Suica doesn't work. What shall I do? |
|
|
One of the following situations is possible, but if you still cannot use the card after checking the pass case, contact the customer service counter at a JR East station.
- - Your pass case contains metal or other items that interfere with communication with the ticket gate.
- - Card has been used at a station outside of the Suica area and needs to be processed.
- - Card has been inactive for an extended period. (Next Section)
- - Card is defective.

Why can't I use Suica? (If your card has not been used for an extended period. |
|
|
If your card has been inactive for 6 consecutive months, we may temporarily suspend its use. Please go to a JR East station and charge the Suica portion of your card at a ticket vending machine or similar machine that supports Suica. Or have your card checked at Customer Service at the station.
*Charging the Suica portion of your card at an Electronic Money merchant will not unlock your card for use. |

I lost my card. What will happen to the charge balance on my card? |
|
|
After we receive notification from you, we will send you a new card that will be charged with the balance that remained when the Suica function was suspended in its entirety. |
|
|
Card became defective (demagnetized/damaged, etc.). What will happen to the charge balance on my card? |
|
|
We will send you a new card charged with the balance that remained on your old card at the time we received notification from you. Please note that, as a result, the Suica function of your card will be suspended. |
|
|
I am told that my card must be replaced because it was misused, perhaps by forgery. What will happen to the charge balance on my card? |
|
|
The Suica function of your card will be temporarily suspended while we issue a replacement card. The balance remaining on your current card will be transferred to the new card that we will send to you. |

New card has arrived. What will happen to the charge balance remaining on my old card? |
|
|
The new card that we will send you shows a charge balance of ¥0. You can choose either to use the charge balance remaining on your current card, or to get a refund at a VIEW ALTTE (no service charge).
* If there is no VIEW ALTTE near you and if you wish to have a refund, please speak to a Suica Desk representative.
* The Suica charge balance cannot be used after the expiry date of your card, but a refund will be issued at a VIEW ALTTE. |

I want to cancel my ANA VISA Suica Card. What should I do with the balance on the Suica? |
|
|
Please use the Suica charge balance before canceling your card. Otherwise, please obtain a refund (no service charge) at a VIEW ALTTE at a station near you before sending back the canceled card.
* Since the card must be returned when you cancel your membership, if there is any Suica charge remaining on the returned card the price of the card will be credited to the account you requested after the card has been returned. |

What is Autocharge Service?How do I set up Autocharge? |
|
|
Autocharge is a convenience service that allows you to recharge the Suica portion of your card by simply touching it to an automated ticket gate* when entering a station. You do not have to recharge your card at a ticket vending machine.
* Automated ticket gates with a blue scanner only.
Autocharge will not work when exiting through an automated ticket gate or shopping with Suica.

This new Suica service makes the most of the communication abilities and screen of a Mobile Suica, a mobile phone with a built-in IC chip. Mobile Suica service is available exclusively to members. Prior membership registration is required to use this service.
Since the ANA VISA Suica Card is treated the same as the View Card issued by JR East, there is no annual fee for the time being.

- - Points earned using the credit card will be counted as World Present points. View Thanks points will not accumulate.
- - It cannot be used for the View Card TORETEL service or the mobile phone reservation service offered by the Chuo Liner/Ome Liners.
- - Some awards/services, such as the View Gift Certificate mail order, cannot be used.

Can I use my ANA VISA Suica Card at locations with symbol? |
|
|
It can be used as a credit card at JR East stations/customer service counters, and related locations displaying the symbol.
These locations include "Green Window" (Midori-no-Madoguchi)/View Plaza at JR East stations, ticket vending machines that take credit cards such as card vending machines, automatic ticket vending machines, and reserved-seat ticket vending machines that are located in stations, VIEW ALTTE ATM's (for Suica charge and cashing) and Autocharge.
When registering on Eki-Net, JR East's web page for booking reserved seats, select "Include VIW/View-Suica Card" when choosing the type of credit card. |

If I purchase train tickets or a train pass at JR East stations using my ANA VISA Suica Card, will I receive triple points? |

Triple points will not be awarded.
