I haven't earned enough miles to redeem for an award. Can I use cash to make up the difference? |

If you do not have enough miles to redeem for an award, we cannot accept them for redemption. Cash and so on cannot be used to make up the difference. |

If you do not have enough miles to redeem for an award, we cannot accept them for redemption. Miles cannot be pooled or shared among members, including family members, to redeem for awards. |

Can anyone use awards? |

|
The only people who can use awards are members themselves and immediate family members. Only members themselves can receive Electronic Money "Edy" Awards and partner awards. |

Can I add miles and Premium Points together to redeem for an award? |
|
|
Premium Points are a standard we use to offer "ANA Premium Member Services / Benefits," and they are as a rule counted separately from miles. Miles and Premium Points cannot be added together to redeem for awards.

Can I redeem miles earned from other companies' mileage programs for Electronic Money "Edy" Awards or ANA Selections? |

|
Electronic Money "Edy" Awards and ANA Gift Selections are awards for which ANA Mileage Club points can be redeemed. Other companies' mileage program miles cannot be redeemed for these awards. |

Flight Awards

If I have redeemed miles for Flight Awards, does that air ticket have to be used before the miles expire? |

You do not need to use Flight Awards before your miles expire. The Flights Awards you get by redeeming miles have their own expiration date, so be sure to use them before that date. |

Award User Registration

I would like to redeem miles for Flight Awards in the name of my spouse and children. How do I do it? |

Follow the procedures for Award User Registration. Log in here, then you will be able to register from the members-only page. After registration is complete, please follow procedures for applying for awards. |

I would like to correct or change my Award User Registration |
|
|
You can register as many as 10 people as Award Users, in addition to the member. Changing or deleting registration information will require a deduction of 5,000 miles per person as a fee. There is no fee for changing or deleting registration content for changes in household information (marriage, death, etc.) or for fixing spelling errors, etc. However, you will need to provide official documents as proof of household changes.
