Here is information about mileage calculation and registration when using ANA domestic routes.

Mileage Registration

Registering when booking

The procedure is completed simply by giving your ANA Mileage Club number(10-digits) when booking.

Registering at airport on the day of flight

SKiP Service

Customers using SKiP Service

Please register by following the onscreen instructions at the ANA SKY KIOSK located in the boarding gate area.

 
SKiP Service

Customers not using SKiP Service

Please register your customer number during the boarding procedure in the departure lobby.

After boarding

If your booked flight is changed or you are upgraded at the airport on the day of your flight, your mileage may not accrue automatically. Always retain the necessary confirmation documents until you have confirmed that your miles have been added.

Time required for miles to be added

Miles are added 1 - 2 days after your boarding date.

When connecting

Registration is required at each connecting airport.

When using a domestic flight connecting to an international flight

Please present your ANA card or ANA Mileage Club card when checking in.

Log in to ANA SKY WEB and check using members-only functions (Mileage Account Balance Inquiries).
