About Point Conversion
Notes on Conversion Procedures
Please confirm the following information before carrying out conversion procedures.
Conversion Units |
The minimum number of credit card points that can be converted is 1 point. There is no limit on the number of points that can be converted. |
Conversion Eligibility |
All points accumulated through credit card company point programs using an ANA Card (principal member only) are eligible. Usage by family card members will be combined into the principal member's account. |
Conversion Periods |
The rules regarding point conversion periods are governed by each credit card company. Please check with your credit card company for details. |
Mileage expiration date |
Miles converted from points are valid until the end of the 36th month following the month in which points were converted. |

* Once points are converted to miles, they cannot be returned back to credit card points. In addition, ANA Mileage Club miles cannot be converted to points.
* Corporate Card are not eligible for point conversion.
* Annual fees, revolving/installment payment fees, credit-card loan, cash services, bonus points and premium points for ANA VISA/Master Card and ANA eLIO Card are not eligible for point conversion. |
Point Conversion Registration
You must apply and register with your credit card company in order to convert points to miles.
Please select one of the following methods for registration.
Automatic mile conversion

After completing a 1-time registration with you credit card company, your points will be automatically transferred to your ANA Mileage Club mileage account each month. |

Mile conversion on request
|
You can choose when you want to transfer a specific number of points to your ANA Mileage Club mileage account.
You need to contact your credit card company when you wish to convert points. |

*"Mile conversion on request" will be set as the conversion method if you do not specify a method when you apply for your card.
* Points for ANA Diners Card can only be converted using the "Mile conversion on request" method. |
