Shinsei Card Co., Ltd.

We are a 100% subsidiary company of Shinsei Financial Co., Ltd. (company name changed from GE Consumer Finance on April 1, 2009) and all credit card business and credit sales business was transferred to our control as part of a company reorganization which took place April 1, 2009. We assumed complete rights and duties of this business and changed the company name to "Shinsei Card Co., Ltd." on the same date.

Partnership has terminated as of 03/31/2010.

(Internet) Applications on the Internet will be accepted until Sunday, February 28, 2010.

Please apply through the web page and input the required items such as your AMC number, etc. by following instructions on the screen page.

Please call the Shinsei Card Customer Center below or Shinsei Card American Express Card Desk and state your wish for a mileage transaction. Please be prepared to provide required items such as your AMC number, etc.

Date of Mileage Transfer

It takes approximately 1 week to confirm mileage transfer after the transfer is requested.

Note

* Once points are transferred into miles, they cannot be transferred back. Also, miles cannot be transferred into points.

* The transfer of points into miles is based upon the "credit card company Terms and Conditions".
