Airport Delivery Service ANA Sky Porter

Carrying heavy baggage can tire you out by the time you get to the airport. That's no way to start off your hard earned and long awaited vacation.

The Airport Delivery Service "ANA Sky Porter" eliminates those worries.

When you leave, we transport your baggage from your home, work, or a location you specify to the floor of your departure at the airport. When you come back, your baggage is brought from the airport to your home. We work so you can relax.

For ANA Card and ANA Mileage members, we offer discount services on delivery fees along with mileage services when you use Sky Porter.

Accrued Miles

ANA Mileage Club members: 50 miles per item
ANA Card (Regular) members: 50 miles per item
ANA Card (Wide) members: 100 miles per item

* Limited to usage and payments by the member
* Some fees, such as all types of discounted fees may be ineligible for mileage accrual.

Accrual Method

Please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card when paying fees at the airport ANA Sky Porter Counter.

* Not applicable when using free Sky Porter services.

* The service is only for customers departing from Narita Airport, Haneda Airport (international), or Kansai Airport for a foreign destination.

* Use of domestic hand baggage delivery services ("Kaisoku Takkubin" or "Super Takkubin") is not applicable.

If you indicate that you are an ANA Card member when making reservations and present your ANA Card when using Sky Porter, you will receive a discount on shipping fees. For inquiries about discount amounts, please contact the Reservation Center.

Mileage Accrual Period

Miles will accrue approximately 1 - 2 months after using this service.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

Within 6 months from your usage date, please prepare the delivery slip from the time of shipment, and tell the contact listed below your delivery slip number and ANA Mileage Club number(10-digits).
