ANA Mileage Club Card 1 mile for every ¥100 you spend (including tax)

ANA Card 1 - 2 miles for every ¥100 you spend (including tax)

Accrual Method

* Please present your ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Card and indicate that you would like to earn miles. The representative will review your card and arrange for mileage to accumulate. Please make sure you ask for a receipt at this time.

* Mileage will accumulate based on a maximum ¥100,000 expenditure per visit (ANA Mileage Club Card: 1,000 miles, ANA Card: 1,000-2,000 miles). Please note that if your check exceeds the maximum limit, the actual number of miles earned will be calculated based on the maximum limit value. (However, there is no maximum limit at participating restaurants in ANA hotels and IHG/ANA co-branded hotels and in some city hotels.)

Mileage Accrual Period

Miles earned by the 15th of each month are registered from the 20th onwards of that same month. However, please allow approximately 2 months for mileage registration to be completed.
In addition, there may be delays in reflecting the mileage in your mileage account as a result of different mileage data report schedules and other considerations at each restaurant.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

Please note retroactive registrations will not be accepted.

Note

* This offer may not be combined with other discounts or bonus awards.

* If you cannot present your ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Card, you will not be eligible to collect miles. Miles cannot be added to your account via your Mobile Wallet.

* Miles cannot be accrued with temporary cards or AMC applications.

* There may be some orders at certain restaurants that are not eligible for mileage accumulation, such as morning or lunchtime orders or take-out orders. In addition, adjustments made during restaurant holidays will not be eligible for mileage accumulation (please confirm when visiting each restaurant).

* Only applies when making a payment at a participating restaurant (miles do not accumulate for meals when you are invoiced, meals in hotel restaurants if you charge it to your room and pay a lump sum when checking out, room service meals or meals at banquet halls).

* ANA Value Vouchers cannot be used. May be used at restaurants in ANA hotels and IHG/ANA co-branded hotels. However, mileage will not accumulate.

* Any amount falling below the last ¥100 will be disregarded.

* Accrued miles may not be transfered to another person.

* Please note that for multiple purchases made by the same member on the same day at the same store for the same amount, any miles accrued from the second purchase onward will be voided.

* Limited to use by the Primary Member. Should it be determined that miles have been accrued under a card of a different name or some other kind of illegal use has occurred, miles accrued under such usage may be voided.

* Miles accrued where illegal use is suspected to have occurred may be voided.

* Customers holding more than 1 card will not be eligible for multiple accruals of mileage for the same purchase.

* Miles accrued by purchases made by family members using ANA Card will be credited to the card user (Family member).

* If the credit card you have registered is your ANA Card, you can also exchange points accumulated with the credit card company at a rate of ¥100 = 1 Mile (ANA Card Mileage Service).

* Only one member in a group (a single check) can earn miles.

* Please keep a copy of the Customer's Copy mileage voucher you receive when paying your check, until you have confirmed that the mileage has been correctly added to your account.
