KEPCO "Hapi ePoints Club"

A Points Club managed by Kansai Electric Power for customers adopting complete electrification.

In addition to power usage, you can earn points by using the services of our group of companies and by making payments using your credit card.

We also publish a regular company newsletter and e-mail magazine. In addition to providing you with a range of entertaining information regarding life in Kansai, we also hold great member-only events on a regular basis.

You can convert your points into ANA miles or PiTaPa Shop de Point points or use them for discounts on train fares. You can also put your points towards the approximately 160 outstanding products we offer to meet your needs.

If you live in Kansai, please consider becoming a member. Anybody is eligible to apply.

All Electric Discounts. Points from electric companies or group companies can only be earned by customers who have an All Electric Discount "Hapie-Plan" contract.

Mileage Conversion

100 Hapie-points = 50 miles

Unit of Transactions

Redemption includes 3,000 Hapi e points and 100 Hapi e points per unit.

Accrual Method

You can apply on the Hapie-point Club website.

Mileage Accrual Period

Please allow approximately 1 - 2 months from the date of the transfer request before the miles appear in your account.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

Please note retroactive registrations will not be accepted.

Note

* There is no fee for exchanging points for miles.

* Hapi ePoints are not automatically transferred into miles. You need to apply online each time you want to transfer points.

* Once points have been converted into miles, they cannot be converted back into Hapi ePoints. In addition, miles cannot be converted into Hapi ePoints.

* Kansai Electric Power member terms and conditions apply to point transfer applications.
