Over 20 vendors for dog food alone. We also carry Burberry products and dog food imported from Canada. You and your pet can celebrate special occasions with handmade name pendants by jewelery craftsmen. Trinkets with dog motifs also make great gifts.

Pet Hotels

Haneda Airport Pet Hotel

Features a 230m² dog run and beautiful, immaculate rooms. A stress-free environment in which your dog can walk and play during their stay. We also offer an optional e-mail service that includes photos sent to your mobile so that you can check on your pet. Located inside Haneda Airport, our pet hotel allows you to be together with your pet right up until your departure.

Accrual Method

* Please present your ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Card when using a pet hotel and indicate that you would like to earn miles.

* If you are shopping through mail order or online, please provide or enter your ANA customer number(10-digits) when applying.

Mileage Accrual Period

Please allow approximately 2 months from the date of purchase to confirm your mileage accrual.

* There may be delays in reflecting the mileage in your mileage account as a result of different mileage data report schedules and other factors at each facility.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

Please note retroactive registrations will not be accepted.

* This offer may not be combined with other discounts or offers.

* If you do not have your ANA Mileage Club Card or ANA Card when using the facility, mileage will not accrue.

* Osaifu-Keitai® are not accepted.

* Miles do not accrue on temporary cards.

* ANA Value Vouchers(Coupon) cannot be used.

* Any amount falling below the last ¥100 will be disregarded.

* Accrued miles may not be transfered to another person.

* Please note that for multiple purchases made by the same member on the same day at the same store for the same amount, any miles accrued from the second purchase onward will be voided.

* Limited to use by the Primary Member. Should it be determined that miles have been accrued under a card of a different name or some other kind of illegal use has occurred, miles accrued under such usage may be voided.

* Miles accrued by purchases made by family members using ANA Card will be credited to the card user (Family member).

* When paying with your ANA Card, you may also transfer credit card company's points to miles at a conversion rate of ¥100 = 1 mile.

* Please make sure you keep a copy of the Customer's Copy mileage voucher you receive when paying.
