ANA Mileage Club Members

Register your ANA Mileage Club customer number (10-digits) when you book and your miles will accrue automatically. More details available here.

*At some hotels, you are still eligible for mileage accrual even if you paid the ordinary price for your stay with a booking made outside the @Hotel booking site. Check with the hotel when you book your stay. If your stay is eligible for mileage accrual, present your ANA Mileage Club Card to the hotel when you check in.
(Stays paid at group discount rates and payments made with partial discounts or coupons are not eligible for mileage accrual.)

@Hotel bookings can be made 24 hours a day at ANA SKY WEB.

Please allow 1 - 2 months for the confirmation of mileage registration.

If you forgot to register beforehand, or if one ANA Mileage Club Member booked and paid for 2 or more rooms and an ANA Mileage Club member staying in another room wishes to have miles accrue to him, you may register your miles retroactively through the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.

Please Send the hotel receipt in the member's name along with a note indicating your ANA Mileage Club customer number and name (must be postmarked within 6 months of use).
