Check in

Present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card at the front desk when you check in.

Present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card at the front desk when you check in and tell the staff that you wish to accrue mileage under the ANA Mileage Club.

Note

* Only supplying your ANA Mileage Club number when you book accomodations is not sufficient for your miles to accrue.

* Be aware that your miles are not automatically accrued even if you use an ANA Card to pay. Depending on the hotel chain, you may need to enroll in the point program in advance and choose "ANA Mileage Club" as the program to which miles are automatically transferred. For details, check with the hotel's detail page.

Check out

When you check out, the hotel give you a receipt in the member's name.

Note

* Please allow approximately 1-2 months to confirm mileage accrual after stay.

* Please keep receipt issued by hotel until mileage registration has been confirmed.

* 1 stay = 1 checkin / 1 checkout.
