We offer various services to assist each customer's style of relocation.

Earn 2 miles per 100 Yen for relocations from Monday to Thursday and 1 mile per 100 Yen for relocations on Friday, Weekends or National Holidays.

We also offer 10% off for the basic relocation fee (vehicle cost and personnel expenses).

Newly developed "Eco-Raku-Box" can be used to pack dishes without any paper materials to help reduce waste when relocating. Also, save on packing and unpacking time. This product has been developed with everybody in mind, including seniors and children, to make packing easier than ever. Packing costs for relocation are also reduced for customers who can rent this permanent packing material at no charge.

Monday to Thursday: ¥100 (excluding tax) = 2 miles
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays ¥100 (excluding tax) = 1 mile

<Domestic> Good on all costs associated with the move (excluding tax)

<Art Apron Service> usage fee.

10% discount on base moving costs

* Miles accrue when this service is used as well.

Accrual Method

Mention your ANA Mileage Club customer number (10-digits) when you make your reservation using the dedicated Art Hikkoshi Center contact number for your region.

Mileage Accrual Period

It may take 1 - 2 months until the accrual of miles are confirmed.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

It is not possible to register miles retroactively.

* If you do not declare your intention to accrue miles by the completion of the estimate, miles will not be added.

* Some fees, such as corporate contract fees, various discounts etc., may not be eligible.

* This offer cannot be combined with other awards.
