We have plans to match each individual customer's moving style.
"Ecology Compo Half Pack"
This is a plan where our staff helps with the packing and unpacking of "dishes in the cupboard," "clothes in closets and chests" and "shoes in shoe closets" the services that are most requested.
"Ecology Compo Full Pack"
Our professional staff will take care of everything from placing furniture and electrical equipment to packing and unpacking items. This includes organizing and putting everything into place at the new home.
"Ecology Compo Self Pack"
For customers who would like to take care of their valuables by themselves, this plan allows you to do all your own packing and unpacking.
"Single Person Pack"
Safe and secure transport in dedicated containers. For delivery of your item, you can choose from 4 different time slots. This plan is recommended for small moving jobs, such as moving out of your parents' home.

On moving costs (within Japan only)

Note that the following are charges are excluded:

* Reimbursements for rail and marine fares, etc.

* Taxes

* Toll-road and ferry fares

* Freight insurance

* Various home-delivery services and combined packing fares

Accrual Method

Be sure to mention your ANA Mileage Club customer number (10-digits) when you request your move.

Mileage Accrual Period

It may take 1 - 2 months before your mileage accrual can be confirmed.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

It is not possible to register miles retroactively if you did not indicate your intention to accrue miles during the time between the order for services and the completion of the move.

Note

* Discounted rates and other services are not eligible for mileage accrual.

* Some fees, such as corporate contract fees, are not eligible.
