Full-featured security service
As a standard feature, the "BIGLOBE Hikari with FLET'S" course provides the "Course Standard Security Functions," which consist of the security functions you need to use the Internet safely. For even greater security, you can choose "Security Set Premium." This service adds the safety features that let you enjoy your Internet experience safely and securely.

365-day support service
The Information Desk is available to answer inquiries about administrative procedures, while the Technical Support Desk answers questions about technical issues. Both are available to customers 365 days a year.

Accrue 1 mile for every ¥20 you spend on overseas roaming (iPass) service.

*A total of 3,000 miles (for 6 months) (500 miles per month) will be accumulated for 5 months after the starting month when using BIGLOBE Hikari with the FLET’S course.

*Verizon's international roaming service is not eligible for this offer.

*Contract with BIGLOBE is required. (Certain options, such as the "Contents" option, are not eligible for mileage accrual.) Please follow the steps below to register for BIGLOBE international roaming service.

Accrual Method

From the following to register your BIGLOBE user ID and ANA Mileage Club customer number online.

*Be sure to enter your ANA Mileage Club member number correctly. Note that your miles may not accrue if you neglect to enter your member number or if the member number differs from your ANA Mileage Club registration.

Mileage Accrual Period

It will take approximately 2 months from the point that you begin using the service before your mileage accrual can be confirmed.

Applying for Retroactive Registration

Please note retroactive registrations will not be accepted.
