The Information Desk is available to answer inquiries about administrative procedures, while the Technical Support Desk answers questions about technical issues. Both are available to customers 365 days a year.

Usage of above options = 500 miles per month (for 6 months; 3,000 miles total)

Mileage Accrual Period

It will take approximately 5 months from the point that you begin using the service before your mileage accrual can be confirmed.
Please allow approximately 2 months from the date of purchase to confirm your mileage accrual.
