Alamo Rent A Car provides good memories and experiences for the important trips of our customers. We always offer reasonable rental rates as well as safe and convenient service with more than 1,000 Rental offices in 43 countries.
When renting a car in America or Canada, 300 miles will be awarded to your mileage account for each rental just by presenting your ANA Card or AMC Card. Alamo offers various rate plans tailored to the needs and purpose of the trip such as the Bonus Plan, in which the required insurance is included in the rental fee, and the Gold Plan, which covers all gasoline costs and taxes, providing more peace of mind for customers from Japan when renting a car overseas. Driver's license translation services and Japanese-language GPS navigation systems are also available.

Accrual Method

After arriving at your destination, present the documents required when the car was rented (confirmation slip, driver's license, credit card) and your ANA Mileage Club Card at the sales office counter and indicate that you would like to earn miles.

Mileage Accrual Period

It may take 1 - 2 months before your mileage accrual can be confirmed.

* Be sure to keep your receipt until the miles are added.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

Please contact us with your ANA Mileage Club customer number, and remember to have your receipt ready when you call.

* Retroactive registration of miles must take place within 6 months of the rental date.

Note

* Eligibility is limited to the actual member who has contracted for a rental car only.

* Only rent-a-car plans that are paid on the spot can accrue mileage.

* Only service offices in the US (including Hawaii) and Canada are eligible.

* The miles cannot overlap with other mileage programs.
