Nippon Rent-A-Car

At Nippon Rent-A-Car, we provide you with a variety of services in order to make your rental car experience a convenient and pleasant one.

1. On-demand reservations: You can reserve your car online from your computer or mobile phone up to 1 hour before usage.
2. ETC-equipped vehicles: Except in remote island regions and all rental vehicles other than light-duty commercial vehicles are equipped with on-board ETC devices. (To use an on-board ETC device, please provide your own ETC card.)
3. Non-smoking vehicles: Take advantage of our clean and pleasant smoke-free vehicles. (Limited numbers available)
4. One-way rentals: Drop off your rental at another Nippon Rent-A-Car business center if that suits your needs better. There are no additional fees as long as you drop it off within the same prefecture. (Some locations are unable to provide one-way rental service.)
5. 24-hour operations: We have about 200 business centers open 24 hours a day. (Set additional charges apply for renting during late-night hours.)

* Miles can be accumulated with contract rate of "No. 1 Club Corporate Member (NBM・ACM・ABM)" , \200 spent (excluding tax) = 1 mile

Eligibility

(Eligible fares)

Eligible charges include base rental fees, extension fees, drop-off fees, insurance fees and fees for options (chains, bicycle carriers, etc.), as long as the card member orders and pays for the rental car through Nippon Rent-A-Car directly. Fuel charges and cost according to accident are excluded.

* In the case where multiple card members rent a vehicle together, miles will accrue for only one of the members (the one who enters into the rental agreement).

* The amount of money for preferential treatment (discount) by the coupon and the note use becomes mile multiplication off the subject.

●In the following cases, it becomes multiplication off the subject:

1. When combining with other services such as package tour by travel agency or coupons, etc.

2. When the customer is already receiving priority discounts through a partner card other than the ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card.

3. When the rental takes place outside of Japan.

4. When the vehicle is involved in an accident caused by the customer.

5. When the rental is already combined with a mileage points program through one of Nippon Rent-A-Car's other partners.

6. When the rental falls under special pricing due to incentives such as region-limited or time-limited offers.

Accrual Method

When leasing your rental car, please present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card to the rental agent and indicate your desire to use the rental for mileage accrual.

Nippon Rent-A-Car Privileges

Get approximately 5% off on rentals vehicle if you present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card when you rent vehicle.

*There are a model class and a region (Rishiri/Rebun) off the subject for the discount.

*This offer may not be combined with any other award program, including coupons or package tours through travel companies.

* Member privileges cannot be claimed when using a temporary card.

* Miles accrue when this service is used as well.

Mileage Accrual Period

Please note that it will take approximately 1 - 2 months from the date of rental before your mileage accrual can be confirmed.

* Always save your receipt (your copy of your rental car agreement) until your mileage accrual has been confirmed.

Applying for Retroactive Registration

Please contact us with your ANA Mileage Club customer number, and remember to have your receipt ready when you call.

* Retroactive registration of miles must take place within 6 months of the rental date.

* Certain vehicle types and charges are ineligible for mileage accrual.
