ANA HOUSE DUTY FREE

You will receive a 10% discount upon presenting your ANA Wide Card, ANA Super Flyers Card, ANA Diners Card, ANA American Express Gold Card, ANA USA CARD, ANA HONGKONG CARD or ANA CHINA CARD.

* Certain types of merchandise, such as items from BVLGARI, CHANEL and BURBERRY boutique, Shiroi Koibito items, special sales merchandise, etc., are excluded from the member discount benefit.

* The member discount cannot be combined with other discounts or gift certificates.

* Please pay using either cash or the card you present to the merchant.

At ANA HOUSE we accept advance orders for duty-free products. For product inquiries or advance orders, email us or call our toll-free number.

Information hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. except weekends, holidays, and New Year holidays, and orders can be made from 1 month prior to the departure date to 1 week prior to the departure date. Please contact us after confirming your departing flight and whether you have any connecting flights.

Accrual Method

Present your ANA Mileage Club Card or your ANA Card at the time of payment.

Mileage Accrual Period

Please allow approximately 2 months from the date of purchase to confirm your mileage accrual.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

Please contact the following number within 6 months after boarding and provide your ANA Mileage Club customer number (10-digits) and 10-digit ticket number listed on the top right side of your “Export Confirmation Receipt Copy” that you received at the time of purchase along with the purchase amount.
