	If applying by telephone, please tell the operator your ANA Mileage Club customer number(10-digits).
	If applying via the fax application form or application postcard in the product catalog, please enter your ANA Mileage Club member number in the appropriate column.

Mileage Accrual Period

It may take 1 - 2 months until the accrual of miles are confirmed.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

Please note retroactive registrations will not be accepted.
