Mileage Conversion

Rakuten Super Points 2 points = 1 mile (equivalent to 1 mile for every ¥200 of purchases)

* Points can be transferred in increments of 2 points, with a minimum transfer of 50 points.

* Rakuten Super Points is a program for customers to earn points by shopping at Rakuten Shopping Mall and using the various services that we offer. Points are awarded in accordance with purchased amounts (every purchase of ¥100 earns 1 point), and can be redeemed for further purchases at Rakuten Shopping Mall at the rate of 1 point per ¥1.

Accrual Method

After accessing Rakuten Shopping Mall points exchange page and logging in as a Rakuten member, follow the on-screen instructions to request a points exchange.

Mileage Accrual Period

Note that it will take approximately 3 weeks - 1 month before your mileage accrual can be confirmed.

Note

* There is no charge for transferring Rakuten Super Points into miles.

* Rakuten Super Points are not automatically transferred into miles. A request must be made each time.

* All requests to transfer Rakuten Super Points into miles fall under the terms set by Rakuten, Inc.

* Once points have been transferred into miles, they cannot be converted back into Rakuten Super Points.
