ANA Deutsche Bahn Connection
(German Railway)

ANA, in partnership with German Rail, now offers a connection service that allows you to purchase and reserve rail tickets connecting Frankfurt and Cologne, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart, along with your flight fares.

* Partnership has terminated as of 3/27/2010.

1 segment = flat rate 200 miles

* Premium Points are not accumulated.

The following German railway lines connecting to ANA flights (NH209/NH210) between Japan and Frankfurt

Frankfurt Airport Railway Station Koln Central Railway Station

Frankfurt Airport Railway Station Düsseldorf Central Railway Station

Frankfurt Airport Railway Station Stuttgart Central Railway Station

* The ANA flight name is displayed on the train in the same manner as code share flights operated by other airlines. However, the ANA flight name is not displayed inside the station building. Before departure, be sure to check the German railway train number you will be using on ANA SKY WEB or at an ANA Reservation Center for international flights.

Accrual Method

When reserving and purchasing a German railway ticket on ANA SKY WEB, at an ANA Reservation Center for international flights, or at a travel agency, please indicate that you want accumulate mileage for the railway segments and provide your ANA Mileage Club customer number (10-digits).

Note

* Please note that you cannot accumulate mileage by requesting this to a German railway attendant on the day of travel.

* Mileage may not be accumulated even if the mileage accrual procedure is performed in advance. In this case, you must send copies of all required documents in the same manner as retroactive registration.

Applying for Miles Retroactively

About use until March 27, 2010 write down your ANA Mileage Club customer number and name on a memo, attach it to the required documents listed below, and send it to "Retroactive Registration", ANA Mileage Club Service Center (postmarked) within 6 months of travel.

When traveling on a German railway line connecting from flight NH209 (Narita to Frankfurt)
Passenger's copy of the air ticket and your railway boarding pass with the ANA flight name

When traveling on a German railway line connecting to flight NH210 (Frankfurt to Narita)
Passenger's copy of the air ticket with ticket inspector's stamp

* A boarding pass is not issued for travel on German railway lines connecting to flight NH210, but the passenger's copy of the air ticket is stamped with the ticket inspector's stamp.
