International flight mileage is accrued based on a fixed accrual rate for each type of fare.The accrual rate per fare type differs according to each partner airline.

* Basic segment mileage is based on TPM (the segment distance used for calculating fares).
* Mileages are updated once every year.
* Miles during the target period use the International Air Transport Association (IATA) TPM issued in the autumn of the previous year.
Mileage accrual: January 1 - December 31 (for flights taken) Awards: January 1 - December 31 (for tickets issued)

Accrual Policy

Ineligible for Mileage Accrual

* Even if you register mileage information at the time of booking or at the airport on the day of your flight, it is possible that as a result of the computer system for the airline that you are flying with your mileage may not accumulate automatically. Always retain the necessary documents (both Boarding Pass and Passenger Receipt or e-Ticket Itinerary & Receipt) required to register miles after flying , until you have confirmed that your miles have been added. * Mileage will not accrue if you did not take your flight for any reason, including flight delays or cancellations. * Duplicate registration of mileage with partner program is prohibited. * Segments that have been registered with the mileage program of another frequent flyer program, including mileage registered with another company's temporary card, cannot be transferred to the ANA Mileage Club. In addition, segments that have been registered with the ANA Mileage Club cannot be transferred to the mileage program of another frequent flyer program.

Code share flights operated by ANA Mileage Club partner airline craft and crew but reserved and boarded under an ANA flight number will accrue mileage according to the terms and conditions of the operating airline.

Miles will generally be accrued when boarding Star Alliance member airline code share flights even if you make a reservations and board a flight operating under another airline's flight number.

* Except for Star Alliance members airlines flight, certain code share flights marketed by ANA Mileage Club partner airlines that are operated by other airlines may not be eligible for mileage accrual.

* Mileage accrual for code share flights is offered according to the accrual ratio of the operating airline's booking class.

* Please note that the booking class on the air ticket may differ from the booking class offered by the operating airline and that the mileage accrual ratio may also differ when using code share flights.

Displayed flight number

Operating airline flight numbers are shown on mileage statements and "Member's Exclusive. Function Area" (account balance check) on ANA SKY WEB.

Bonus miles

Bonus miles are only applicable when the operating flight shown in the statement and "Member's Exclusive Function Area" (account balance check) on ANA SKY WEB are eligible for mileage accrual.

Premium Point

"Premium Points" are applicable to fares eligible for accrual on flights operated by ANA Group flight or any Star Alliance member airline when mileage has been credited to AMC.
