Eligible Products

Use ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) to purchase ANA airline tickets, ANA SKY HOLIDAY, ANA HALLO TOUR, lodging and meals at IHG ANA co-branded hotels and ANA hotels, in-flight shopping on ANA flights, ANA Trading airport shop products, ANA Trading mail order products, ANA Trading airport duty-free products, and shopping and dining at pâtisserie Sadaharu AOKI paris.

* ANA Value Vouchers cannot be used at hotels other than IHG ANA co-branded hotels, ANA hotels, or travel agencies outside in the ANA Group.

ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) are valid until the last day of the 12th month from the month of issue date.

(Ex.: An ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) issued on April 1, 2009 would be valid until April 30, 2010.

ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) must be used before their expiration. Please be advised that all expired Coupons are invalid. * The availability of using Coupons together with discount services may differ depending on the type of usage and facility.

Payment by ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) and the use of air tickets, products and services paid for by ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) can only be by the members shown on the ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon), his/her spouse and member's family within 2 generations.

"Award User Registration"is required for customers other than the member him / herself to use ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon). Please register award users through the "members-only functions" area. * Award users may be requested to provide documentation verifying their family relationships with members.

Using ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)

The use of "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" is subject to certain restrictions, including usage locations. Be sure to check the web page for each eligible product before using ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).

Please note that cash change cannot be given when paying with ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).

ANA cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen Coupons. Please be advised that Coupons will not be reissued under any circumstances.

Please take care not to damage Coupons, as they will be machine processed.

Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.

Coupons cannot be bought or sold. Sold Coupons are invalid.

Coupons cannot be used at general travel agencies and other non-designated locations. Please review the list of services for details.

ANA Value Voucher (coupon) and ANA Value Voucher (e-coupon) can not be used jointly in the same transaction.

Invalid Coupons

The following ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) are invalid.

Coupons that do not have the ANA Mileage Club number and name, issue date, and expiry date printed on the front.

Coupons that have been sold.

Expired Coupons.

Refunds

Refunds for unused products will be issued up to the amount paid by means other than ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).

* No cash refund, return of "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" or crediting mileage to the customer's Mileage Account will be available for the portion of payments made with ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).

Mileage Accrual

Members will earn predetermined Flight Mileage and Premium Points when flying with tickets that were redeemed with ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)

Issuance of receipts

The RECEIPT DATA WEB DISPLAY SERVICE is available for tickets purchased through ANA Reservation Centers. It is also available for domestic flights at ANA SKY KIOSK and automated machines at airports.

Tickets requested through ANA Reservation Centers or at the ANA counter will be issued at the amount paid by means other than ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).

Receipts for the total ticket price, if requested, will show a breakdown by payment method, including the amount paid using ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).
