* This award is only available through the members-only functions on ANA SKY WEB.

* To use this award you must register for astyle membership (free of charge).

* ANA Shopping Points can only be credited to the ANA Shopping Points account of the ANA Mileage Club member who applied.

* The conversion rate and other information are current as of January 1, 2009. (The conversion rate is subject to change.)

* The points will be immediately transferred to your astyle point account upon completion of the conversion application.

* Once you apply to convert miles into points, you cannot cancel the request or convert points back into miles.

* Applications for converting miles into points are only valid if you have registered for astyle membership.

* You can only apply for this award if your ANA Mileage Club number matches the number you registered with astyle.
