Application and ticketing period[Application period] [Ticketing period] [Waitlisting reservations] * Award ticket reservation cannot be made on ANA SKY WEB in case you already have other reservation which the date overlaps the date you are trying to book for Award. WaitlistingTicketing must take place by 14 days prior to departure. Please understand that waitlisting reservations that are not ticketed will be automatically canceled. In addition, new waitlisting reservations within 13 days of your departure cannot be accepted. If you are already ticketed and have been waitlisted at least 14 days prior to departure, your waitlisting status will remain in effect until the day before the flight. Reservations can not be accepted when purchasing two tickets in the same cabin class (overlap reservation.) Reservations for multiple itineraries with the same boarding date cannot be made online. Please contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center or overseas AMC Service Center. Issuance of open ticketsOpen tickets for your boarding day can be issued. However, if you have open tickets for your boarding day, the required miles for Regular Season will be applied. After ticketing, book your flight within the validity period and then enjoy the ride. Open tickets cannot be issued over the Internet. Please contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center or an overseas AMC Service Center. About changes after applyingYou cannot change the passenger name or name of the person providing the miles after applying. After ticketing, you can change your departure date within the ticket's validity period. When flight award tickets are issued using mileage for an upgraded cabin class, booking change can be made to upper class when there is an available seat in an upgraded cabin class. If there is seat available for lower class booking can be changed to lower class cabin. However, mileage for such changes is not returned when changing a reservation to a lower cabin class. Changes in season that result when boarding dates are changed are subject to an adjustment in the required mileage for the difference in price. If the required mileage increases, we will deduct miles for the difference in price. If you do not have enough miles for the adjusted price, you will not be able to change your reservation. Note that if the mileage decreases, miles will be refunded based on the difference in price. However, miles cannot be refunded after their expiration date. Adjustments for differences in price cannot be paid in cash. Only miles will be offered. You must contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center or an overseas AMC Service Center if you wish to change your boarding date or cabin class. Changes will be accepted up to the day prior to your boarding date. Itineraries cannot be changed to start within 3 days of the ticketing date. Please note that some routes are subject to seasonal operation and cancellations. Reservations will not be accepted more than 355 days prior to your boarding date. Via the ANA SKY WEB, only return flights without class change can be changed before the itinerary starts. How to receive awards ticketYou will be using a e-Ticket. With the e-Ticket, there is no need for you to carry around a paper ticket. This extremely convenient system allows you to simply check in at the airport after your reservations are made. You can receive award ticket by mail, email, or at an ANA branch office (excluding airports). If sent by mail or email, award tickets will only be sent to the member at the member's registered address.
