Partner Flight Awards

ANA Mileage Club Flight Awards may be used with Partner Airlines. Please enjoy free award travel using our global network.
Starting 04/01/2008 (for applications), the mileage required to redeem for Star Alliance Flight Awards and Partner Flight Awards has been unified with the awards chart based on segment distance. In addition, the differing terms of use for each airline have been unified.

How to apply for awards

Applying by members-only functions

Log in to ANA SKY WEB and apply using members-only functions (Partner Flight Awards Reservations).

Awards from EVA Airways (BR) and Qatar Airways (QR) cannot be used via ANA SKY WEB.

Application and ticketing period

[Application period]
Please apply between 330 days and 7 days prior to boarding (not including your day of departure).

* When using Shenzhen Airlines, Reservations for each flight schedule are required from two months before the start of summer and winter schedules.

[Ticketing period]
Ticketing will be issued upon the completion of reservations for all sections of your itinerary on which you will use awards. However, if you were informed of a ticketing period, we require the procedure to take place during that period. Please understand that if ticket is not issued during this period, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

[Open ticketing]
Open tickets cannot be issued.

Notes

* If any segment starting with the second one occurs prior to the application period when booking the first segment, book each one after your application is accepted.

* When applying by Internet, you are automatically signed up for a round trip. Please make your reservation 330 days prior to boarding your return flight.

Waitlisting

Waitlisting (including ANA flights) is not offered.
Awards reservations must be made for all segments. Open tickets cannot be issued.

About changes after the application

· After the application, the passenger's name and the person who redeems the mileage cannot be changed.

· You cannot change the passenger name or name of the person providing the miles after applying. After ticketing, you can change your departure date within the ticket's validity period.
No changes in airlines, passengers, segments, stopover, transit points are allowed.
No changes from stopover to transit points, neither transit points to stopovers are allowed.

· When flight award tickets are issued using mileage for an upgraded cabin class, mileage will be awarded at the booked cabin class when there is an available seat in an upgraded cabin class.

· When flight award tickets are issued using mileage for an lower cabin class, mileage will be awarded at the booked cabin class when there is an available seat in an lower cabin class.However, mileage for such changes is not returned when changing a reservation to a lower cabin class.

· Booking changes are only possible when changes are made before departure through AMC Service Center in Japan or overseas during business hours. Booking changes are accepted from 330 days to 7 days prior to the desired date of travel (not including actual date of travel). It is not possible for reservations to be made on an open date of travel or waitlisted basis.

· Please note that reservations are not permitted more than 330 days in advance.

· Online alterations may only be made for return flights, before travel is commenced.

How to receive awards

e-Tickets are used on some routes. With an e-Ticket, there is no need for you to carry around a paper ticket. This extremely convenient system allows you to simply check in at the airport after your reservations are made.

* Ask about applicable routes when booking.

* You can receive the tickets by mail, e-mail, or at an ANA SQUARE Tokyo. If sent by mail or e-mail, award tickets will only be sent to the member at the member's registered address.

Using e-Tickets

Award User Registration is required for persons other than the member to use Award tickets. Please register award users through the "members-only functions" area.

* You may be asked to provide documentation proving your family relationship with the member.

Notes

* Other than as stipulated in the "Refund policy for unused awards," redeemed miles cannot be refunded to a mileage account or redeemed for different Awards, even if Awards have not been delivered or used.
