* Only members or their family members that have already been registered to "Award User Registration" can apply. ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) will be delivered to the member's registered address along with an "Information Guide for ANA Value Vouchers" approximately 10 days after the request was made.

You can request that only the information guide for ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) be sent to you. Call the ANA Mileage Club Service Center and select "Inquiries for mileage" from Changing your delivery addressDeliveries will be made to the member's registered address as a general rule. If you wish delivery to a different address, the actual member must contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center during normal operator hours. An address change form will be sent to you. * Operator hours Mon. – Fri. 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sat. 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.(except Sun., Holidays and New Year Holidays) Notes* Please note that ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) requests cannot be canceled once made.
