You can use them when purchasing ANA SKY HOLIDAY (domestic package tours), ANA HALLO TOUR (overseas package tours), TABISAKU (custom package tours), Web Free Plan tours, tours exclusively for ANA Mileage Club members, as well as Tabidachi members-only tours.

* The certain number of flight miles accrues even if you have paid for a tour with "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)."

* Can not be used as a payment for hotels or car rentals only.

Tours that you apply for with this Award are assumed to be for Mileage Club members, along with their spouses and members of family within 2 generations.

* Only the member may apply for this Award.

* Persons registered as Award Users can use this Award when not accompanied by the member.

"Award User Registration"is required for persons other than the member to use ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon). Please register award users through the "members-only functions" area. * You may be requested to provide documentation verifying their family relationship with the member.

Payment

If you don't have enough miles to cover the travel cost, the difference can be paid with cash, an ANA gift certificate or travel voucher, or a credit card.

* This cannot be used in combination with an ANA Card Discount Award, a Web or Shareholders Special Discount, or any other kind of discount. Please take note of this.

* No cash refund will be given if the value of the "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)" amount exceeds the price of your trip.

Reservation changes

Alteration of the travel that you applied for may only be made once, within 1 year of your "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)" application.

Refunds

If you do not use a product redeemed with an "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)," in addition to the normal refund for product cost not paid for with the "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)," a "Travel Reuse Voucher" will be issued if a balance remains after the cancellation fee has been deducted from the value of the "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)."

* "Travel Reuse Vouchers" may be used only once, within 1 year of the "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)" application. Please note that "Travel Reuse Vouchers" cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

* We cannot make any cash refunds or redeposit miles redeemed for an "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)" into your account.

* Under exceptional circumstances such as flight cancellations due to bad weather or mechanical failure, ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards) miles will be returned and, in addition, a normal refund will be issued for the amount paid by cash or credit card. However, no refund will be made for any miles that have expired by the time a refund is requested for a flight that has been canceled due to an act of God, including bad weather.

* If you are assessed a change fee or cancellation fee, it will be subtracted from the cost of your "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)," but if the cancellation fee exceeds the amount paid for the "ANA Mile Vacation (Tour Awards)," the difference will be withheld from the payment that you made with cash or a credit card.
