* If the number of miles required for the application at the time of deduction cannot be deducted from your account, your application will be cancelled automatically. Additionally, understand that if the number of miles redeemed for partner awards by the customer exceeds 30,000 miles/year as of the time of mileage deduction, each 10,000 miles will be redeemed for a charge-up of ¥5,000 equivalent in IC E-Card electronic money.

* Applications can only be made from the Members-only functions.

* The redemption rate is current as of April 1, 2010. (redemption rate may change.)

* Regardless of the reason, we cannot accept cancellations after you apply for Awards redemption. In addition, we cannot refund miles from Points that have been redeemed.

* Please note that the time of mileage deduction and window of time available for charging up your IC E-Card will vary depending on the date of application.

* Please note that transactions (charging) to IC e-Card are not eligible when there is an error, such as the name on the IC e-Card does not match the person who is a member. In such cases, deducted miles will be returned to the account within a month after processing by the Award Transaction Desk (IYOTETSU Ticket Center.) Please come to the above center to proceed (there are no individual contact services.)

* Transaction period (charging) after redeeming awards is from the 10th of the month following an application date and up to the end of two months after applying for awards. This award cannot be used when you do not use during the transaction period. Also, please note that miles cannot be returned.

* This award is only available to persons having the (registered) IC E-Card or Mobile E-Card. (Registered) IC E-Cards are only those cards with a 17-digit number starting with IY (some of these cards not eligible). Applications can only be made if the name of the person applying to register for ANA Mileage Club matches the name of the customer registered on the (registered) IC E-Card or Mobile E-Card.

* Charge-up limit for IC E-Card or Mobile E-Card is ¥30,000. Therefore it may not be possible to charge up your (registered) IC E-Card or Mobile E-Card, depending on your balance.
